HALO is located Under the Sea! However that doesn't mean you can't visit...
There are Shuttlepods providing arrivals and departures on a regular schedule.
There are no anti-teleport wards!
If you can't teleport yourself, there are Ring Transporters, which link (among other places) the Mall of Acronymia from Inside.

Important Note for Villains
Conflict is great! It's the heart of any story, and there isn't much to roleplay without it. However, as a player to player courtesy, please check in with the players who are active at any given time before launching an attack. Not everyone wants to roleplay combat scenes, and sometimes there are other things going on that players don't want to interrupt for a random fight. Either a PM/IM to players, a short post in thread to say (Mind if I introduce a villain here?) or a longer post in the OOC thread if it's a larger plot is appreciated.

Liana, still watching Tony (now with a raised eyebrow), tilts her head in that same, curious way she did before. Kind of like a puppy seeing something it doesn't quite understand, but unlike a puppy, Liana understands the situation behind what she's seeing, just not... what she's seeing.

Nonetheless, Tony should feel... conflicted, suddenly. About everything. Personal beliefs, food, colors, TV shows, his co-workers, work, friends, family, books, religion, morals, music, ideals and goals, personal belongings (including trinkets, baubles, souvenirs, mementos, pictures, gifts, and so on), everything and everything. The way Liana said she liked and hated Tony, but that was a serious understatement.
It's simply impossible to look at anything and think a single, coherent thought, and it makes everything impossible to be around. It might not seem so bad, at first, nothing in Liana's room would mean much to Tony, and so it's hard to have an opinion of it in the first place, but to give him a better understanding, Liana forces him to think about the woman he loved and hurt.
He's forced to hate her, but still think everything of her.
It's painful, and will probably give Tony a terrible migraine to boot.

Now imagine living with it.

Dani's thoughts are slightly guilty but quite pleased about the act, wishing Angela hadn't been so frank about the identity of her paramour, and a feeling of relief about what Angela had said...

...and, hearing Arlem suddenly speaking, she squeaks in surprise, jumps, and spins around!
"Arlem! You surprised me! Um...understanding...about..."
She trails off, about to pretend she has no idea what her friend is talking about, but...
"...Angela said I shouldn't tell her. And I haven't seen her since anyway. And how did you know?"

Arlem chuckles. "Your mind is an open book, Dani. Now, I think you should ask if Sam would want you to tell her."
He gives the knife a hug, smiling pacifically.
"You even feel guilty, and, correct me if I just don't know Sam well enough, couldn't this interfere between the two of you? Because then I'd have to be very disappointed in you, and move on faster. Heehee."

Dani gives Arlem a rather concerned look. "Well...um...it could...except...except if im only with other guys its alright. I think."
Her cheeks turn bright red.
"And...what do you mean, move on? And are you OK?"

Arlem shrugs and goes to dodge the questions, but reciting the creed has emboldened him. Dorothy, at least, will never betray him, never fail him, never leave him.
"I meant to stop caring about you, but that would be rash. Are we not friends?" He evidently finds this funny, and chuckles at it. "Should I not stand by you no matter what horrible things you do? Or try to clear my misunderstandings, as the case may be?"
Arlem shrugs again, meaning it this time.
"Okay? I doubt it. Everyone asks that, and sure, I've been fragile, and a touch mad, but what are you all so worried about?
Arlem turns and glances at Summer.

summer cringes a little "um..." she looks nervous

Dani blushes, and ducks her head.
"Yeah, we are. At least, I hope we're friends. And I don't want to stop caring about you," she says, quietly, not answering Arlem's initial comment. "And...thanks, Arlem. That means a lot..."

And abruptly, she's hurrying forwards to try and hug her friend tightly, knife or not!

Dani's acting oddly. What is it she's thinking?
"You have clearly misunderstood me, Dani. But that's okay. I would never accept anything more now, ah? A bit of laughter, quickly returning the hug, and taking a step back.
"Is something the matter, Summer?"

Dani's eyes widen. And she gasps. And...
...then she looks down.
"You...you were...with me?" she stammers, not at all having realised that before*, and, well, feeling...confused, upset, embarassed, and a little curious.
"I'm taking it light because that's the only way I can," she explains. "I don't want to upset people if it can be avoided! It's just..." She waves her hands helplessly in the air, finally looking up, cheeks flushed, and her eyes searching.


* She seriously needs to put more points into Sense Motive.

"It's just I don't know if it would be worse to tell her or not to tell her. Angela said not to. And if I did tell her, then even if she didn't get mad she...I don't know. But if I didn't tell her, she wouldn't ever know and thus wouldn't possibly be hurt, but I don't know how I would feel knowing I didn't tell her, even though I would be telling her the truth!"

Angie similes and waves to Erin back and goes to sit near her. Still working on the soul curse thing?

"Secrets kill people, Dani. Or sometimes just hurt them. But think on what if she hears from someone besides you, ah?" Arlem frowns.
"But have a yes for your almost asked question before. Gave me a good bit of trouble before-" Sentence interrupted here for thinking.

Erin nods to Angie. "Yeah. Trying to learn everything I can on the subject so I'll be prepared when I go to try to break it." She sighs. "Why is it that everybody decides to re-invent the wheel with this stuff, instead of reusing what others did?"

Dani, quiet for once in her life, nods. Angela says one thing (her thoughts say), and Arlem says the other, and only they (besides her and - she hesitates to think of him as such - Older!Theo, of course) know...and she's just totally confused...
...then her thoughts steer back to Arlem.
"Before what?" she asks, concerned. (And a little embarassed, and just a bit curious (and glad, being curious, that she is not a cat).).

I don't know. Things like this are very personal I would guess. So they would need to be very different from one person to another. Though that is just a guess. Angie says sitting down with Erin.

Dani, still very confused, but perhaps not quite as much (or as much, just not in the same way) nods.
"Oh. I...you should have said something!" she protests, even as her thoughts reveal that yes, she knows that wouldn't have really made any difference.

Arlem shakes his head.

Dani nods. "Yeah. Um...well...I don't know if it means anything, considering, to say this, but...it means a lot to me that you'd think of me that way?" She looks uncertain, and blushing.

Erin runs a hand through her hair. "I'm a little sparse on the 'who', actually. Some shady people who she was having drinks with on her travels - go exotic places, meet exotic people, that sorta thing? She lives for adventure and such. I suspect the drink was spiked, from her description." She shakes her head. "As for the 'why'...after said drink, she decided she wanted a binding between her and her (now far-away/permadeadtimed) husband."
