Rachel- Neutral Evil. Willing to do pretty much anything to improve her own standing. Possibly "just" True Neutral.
Finn- Chaotic Good. Sorta. Generally wants to do the right thing, and advocates rising above the clique mentality more often than anyone else.
Puck- Lawful Evil. Cruel, selfish, and obsessed with clique hierarchy.
Faculty
Will- Neutral Good. Wholly devoted to his students.
Figgins- Lawful Neutral. "My hands are tied!"
Sue- Chaotic Awesome Evil. Entirely sadistic, borderline sociopath, definitely delusional, and has broken several laws over the course of her quest to destroy something that makes life happier for a group of children.

April- Chaotic Neutral. Just... April.
Terri- WTF Crazy. Yes, it's an alignment now. Because of her.
