Kung-Fu Genius
Some styles of martial arts require the student to memorize advanced medical texts and anatomical charts. These styles favor the intellectual over the introspective.
Prerequisite: Int 13, Must be gained at or before the first level of the monk class, or the ninja class, is taken.
Benefit: You use your Intelligence modifier rather than Wisdom for all monk and ninja special abilities that normally rely on Wisdom.

Kung-Fu Savant
Some styles of martial arts require the student to become the epitome incarnate of spiritual fervor, deceptive motion or feral passion. These styles favor an expressive mind over an introspective one.
Prerequisite: Cha 13, Must be gained at or before the first level of the monk class, or the ninja class, is taken.
Benefit: You use your Charisma modifier rather than Wisdom for all monk and ninja special abilities that normally rely on Wisdom.

Sleight of Soul [Ki]
You can expend your Ki to imbue yourself with incarnum. (inspired by Divine Soultouch)
Prerequisite: Con 13, Ki power
Benefit: You can spend a daily use of your Ki power as a free action to add 1 point of essentia to your essentia pool for 1 round. For the duration of this effect, your essentia capacity in all soulmelds, incarnum feats, and other essentia-powered abilities is increased by 1. You can use this ability (or the ability granted by the Divine Soultouch feat) once per round.

Shed Hindrance [Ki]
You can expend your Ki to make additional saves against an effect that specifically targets you. (inspired by Persistent Refusal)
Prerequisite: Ki power
Benefit: As an immediate action, you can spend one daily use of your Ki Power to make an additional save at a -2 penalty against any effect that targets you and has a continuing duration. For example, a ninja with this feat who fails a saving throw to resist the effect of a bestow curse spell can spend a daily use of his Ki Power as an immediate action to attempt another save. Each successive use of this feat against a single individual effect, incurs a cumulative -2 penalty on the saving throw it grants.

Devout Mantra [Ki]
You can expend your Ki to unleash the power of your devotion.
Prerequisite: Ki power, any one domain feat
Benefit: As a free action, you may spend two or more daily uses of your Ki Power. Every two daily uses of Ki power spent in this manner, equates to one daily turn or rebuke use, expended towards gaining an additional daily use of a domain feat.

Expanded Ki Pool (modified from original found in Complete Scoundrel)
You know the secret mantras that grant you greater understanding of your ki.
Prerequisite: Ki power
Benefit: You can use your Ki power a number of times per day equal to 3 + your ninja class level + your Wisdom bonus (if any).
Normal: A ninja can use her Ki power a number of times per day equal to one-half her class level (minimum 1) plus her Wisdom bonus (if any).

Thoughts, ideas, suggestions, criticisms?

If asked as a DM by a player to use one of these feats... yes or no?

Well, it's not much different from Divine Soultouch, functionally. And if a player is actually playing a Ninja/Meldshaper, they probably need all the help they can get. I see no problem.

Its moreso an attempt to use the Ki class feature from Ninja dip... and technically, same could be done with a Cleric dip using Divine Soultouch...

Clerics get ( 3 + cha mod ) turn attempts per day, and Improved Turning adds 4 more per pop.

Ninja get (1/2 class level + wis bonus if any ) Ki Power per day, and the original Expanded Ki Pool feat adds 3 more per pop.... which is rather weak.
