-CHB is a Summer Camp, but since there's a war going on, Chiron asked that everybody stay the year (WP told me).
-WP, you confirmed that it was always sunny and warm. It says in the books, anyways.

I'd imagine that if Jason got a sword and Dylan used his fists, it would be near even. Remember, Jason technically has no deific skill with a sword, it's just sheer skill and practice that made him this good. and Dylan's dad is the god of strength.
