I remember stumbling over a very specific webcomic that was wow based i'm sure. I don't remember the name or anything about it, other then it in involved some kind of undead character. I don't remember the other characters, but I do know it had a very specific art style, almost like the "Gorillaz" character art. Can anyone help me find this? I've looked on various webcomic database sites with no luck.

Looking for Group is what you're searching for. (Also known as The D*ck Show. >_> )

Started out as a WoW comic and then kind of drifted off to do its own thing.

As mentioned, LFG had its roots as a WoW-homage/parody.

WoW.com has a weekly column that rounds of a big list of WoW-themed comics, in a very wide range of quality.

Might be one of these, if it's not LFG.

It is not LFG. I already read it actively, although I don't know why it's called the d*ck show.

the main character may or may not have been undead, all I know is that he was gray I think, but I think I remember him having exposed bones. He also wore a purple tabard I think, not really sure of the color. And like I said, the art style was akin to the Gorillaz, the unead guy looked alot like the guy with the 3 on his shirt: http://potq.cl/wp-content/uploads/gorillaz.jpg

because the nickname is short for Richard, as in Richard the Warlock. It's widely viewed that Richard is the Mary Sue of LFG (I haven't read the comic sufficiently to form an opinion, but I know it exists).

EDIT: Speaking of LFG...has it ever broken continuity as badly as it did in #374? I read that and was...lolwut.

I heard a lot of Looking for Group's humor is aimed towards WoW users (though I don't play WoW so I wouldn't get any of those jokes).

No, I've used to play WoW, the humor ain't aimed towards them. The comic is just not good at being funny, its more of a dramatic bent.

Awkward Zombie makes lots of WoW jokes.

There was also Flintlocke's Guide to Azeroth but I think that's died.

actually it got finished in Flintlocke vs the Horde, but it wasn't as good as the original Flintlocke's Guide.

Dark Legacy or Teh Gladiators? Also look through the monthly comic winners, they have a good assortment of comics.

The only thing I can think of that might fit your description is Coffin Comics (http://coffin-comics.jesterbrand.com/).

I think that what the OP is looking for is possibly Ding! (http://www.crispygamer.com/comics/ding/ding-2008-01-01.aspx) by Scott Kurtz.

The premis is that Kissybear is the avatar of Francis of Scott Kurtz' other my famous, less amusing comic PvP (http://www.pvponline.com/)

Ding! seems to be over. The Internet will not weep for too long.

Yes, thank you. The comic I am looking for is in fact Ding!. Now I can only hope it was at least worth the searching.
