How would one go about taking screenshots on the DS?

I think there's some devices that the pros use for reviews and such, but they're either expensive, hard to find, or none too good. I remember seeing an article somewhere last time the topic came up, but I've since cleared my history.

You can't take screenshots unless you've got a devkit or you're using an emulator.

Alright then, what are my options for television screenshots?

There's a device, I believe, called a TV Tuner that allows you to connect your TV to your computer or something like that... I remember it but I can't remember specifics.
