Actually, I'm need clarification from Quinny. I know this isn't a canon plot, but so Von Vetz kidnapped Colin as a baby when no one was around. And Carrie wasn't there... But how does Genkai fit into it? Has Carrie been gone for those sixteen years and Genkai has been worried sick/depressed?

I actually think this is somehow canon... I don't know the details but I always thought Vetz kidnapped Colin and then made a time-loop for sixteen years. So he'd have kidnapped Colin one morning and had him all killcrazy by mid-afternoon.
I'unno, but while we wait, Pantheon?

I thought it was canon 'cause, like, Carrie was all sent by her pantheon to stop this dude...

This plot is 100 percent canon. Colin was actually kidnapped and aged up with fake memories. Once the plot is over he can be turned back.
