Hey all,

I once owned a copy of MoI - it was one of the earliest 3.5 splats I picked up (after PHB II). At the time, my group was still coming to terms with learning the 3.X rule set (most were 2E veterans, and still pretty raw to 3.X/d20).

So after flipping through it, I put it in the "too hard" basket, figuring my group didn't have the time/patience to learn a new subsystem. I eventually traded MoI in on a copy of Cityscape.

...anyhow, I'm in one of my FLGS on the weekend, and I see a copy of MoI sitting on the shelves for $17 AUD. Now, I've heard good things about MoI on these forums, particularly the Totemist. I'm a huge fan of the Binder, and I have heard Totemist has similar flexibility.

So, long story short...can someone point me to any MoI/Totemist guidebooks? Also, any tips on how to introduce Incarnum to a group relatively resistant to new subsystems?

Another Totemist handbook (http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75882/19870034/The_Totemist_Handbook) (not as good as the first, IMHO)

Sinfire's Incarnum Handbook (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=551.0) is the first thing that comes to mind.

The book itself actually has suggestions for inclusion in the back. It is remarkably self-aware of its complexity and niche status, for a D&D book.

Introductions:
They find a weird item that turns out to be one of the items that increases a chakra's essentia capacity. Describe it interestingly enough to make them want to figure out what it does.

They run across an incarnum-user, especially the group's religious guy. Incarnum user describes his power in terms of broad-scale, making use of soul energy and drawing from the power innate in the soul.

They find a temple of incarnum users, and after being explained the method and undergoing deep meditation, learning, and insight into themselves, gain one of the Incarnum feats as something they can actually use.
