Some powers can be augmented in more than one way, like Offensive Precognition (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/precognitionOffensive.htm).

You can augment this power in one or both of the following ways.
1. For every 3 additional power points you spend, the insight bonus gained on your attack rolls increases by 1.
2. If you spend 6 additional power points, you can manifest this power as a swift action.

Do the power points spend "stack" augmentations? Could I, for example, spend 7 power points to manifest it as a swift action for a +3 bonus?

If they are numbered like that, you need to spend pp seperately for each augmentation.

Nope, if it were meant to stack it'd mention it, such as in Psionic Dominate:

1. If you spend 2 additional power points, this power can also affect an animal, fey, giant, magical beast, or monstrous humanoid.

3. For every 2 additional power points you spend, this power can affect an additional target. Any additional target cannot be more than 15 feet from another target of the power.

In addition, for every 2 additional power points you spend to achieve any of these effects, this power’s save DC increases by 1.

Yea, what the Tribble said. Check out Energy Stun for another example of this. Each additional PP increases the damage by 1d6, and for every 2 PP spent this way, the DC increase by 1 (if you use the CPsi version, which is the most recent and thus technically errata).

The others are correct. The key word in the sentence is "or."

You can augment this power in one or both of the following ways.

It means you have to choose when you spend the points, but you can spend more points and do them both if you want.
