Undead templates

I need templates to create undead. I know there are some on crystallkeep, but I need something with a bit more flavor. I'm looking for something intelligent that can be applied to outsiders, demons in particular. But it shouldn't make them too powerful, +1, +2 CR.

Lichfiend?

Or was it called Fiendlich?

Basically the Lich template applied to a fiend with sufficiently powerful SLAs. Don't know the exact prerequisites.

Yep. Lichfiend (LM) is probaly what you're searching for. It requires that you're Evil Outsiderr with at least 5 'at-will' spelllike abilities, caster level 11+ and feat Craft Wondrous Item. You turn to the undead and gain NA +5, Turn resistance +4 and 2+ to the INT,WIS and CHA. CR is Orginal CR+2.
