Ok. These 2 guys are in a bar, they both have +4 longswords. Who wins in a fight?

Why would Roy be using a long sword?

Why would Roy be using a long sword?

Isn't a greatsword some kind of "pretty long sword"? :smalltongue:

Samuel L jackson is not just "some old actor".

Samuel L jackson is not just "some old actor".

Ok, ok... he's a famous old actor.

This does not change the facts he is *not* the roles he played and that Roy is a professional level 14 fighter.

"Roy vs. Jules" or "Roy vs. Mace Windu" is a much more valid question than "Roy vs. the actor who played Morpheus". The first two we can argue about, the latter is a clean win for the fighter.

Samuel L Jackson combines the abilities of all roles he has ever played.

Samuel L Jackson did not play Morpheus.

Imagine if he had...

Then he'd be able to defeat Roy, using a +4 version of a sword Roy is automatically proficient in but may never have used!

...

...Or not.

Samuel L Jackson did not play Morpheus.

Then "That guy in that movie with snakes on a plane". But thanks, I mixed them up. That's what he gets for playing a crappy character as Mace Windu!!! :smalleek:

Wouldn't have prevented the Wachowskis messing up the sequels, but this is going a bit off topic...

Fictional character that doesn't really even exist VS. some old actor

I'll take that as a "Win".

But the real question is:

Who would win in a fight? Jedi Snake-hating Samuel Roy Mothaf***ing Greenhilt Jackson, or Chuck Norris O-Chul?

Jokasti

The Goddam Batman would win.

Samuel L Jackson combines the abilities of all roles he has ever played.

The most powerful character he played was Mace Windu and he was killed by some winy, punk kid and an old man.

Yeah, all my moneys on the guy with actual combat experience.

And then Bill Nye the Science Guy and Pikachu would duke it out, with McNinja and Ben fighting Mr. T.

I say the prelude to this fight should be Belkar v. Danny DeVito and then Elan v. Neil Patrick Harris.

A better match would be Afro Samurai vs. Roy wouldn't it?

Samuel L. Jackson learned some swordfighting for the Star Wars movies, but he wouldn't be remotely a match for Roy, unless it was a verbal battle.

Adrian Viedt v. Jackie Chan.

Does Jackie Chan not want trouble? Is he holding a baby? Is he in a table, ladder and chairs factory? All three and he will definitely win.

Neither. The fight gets broken up by a nightstick cleric who goes by the name of Rev. McFeely.

They don't look kindly on those kinds of things in his neighborhood.

Imagine if he had...

Then he would have a cyborg arm (to replace the one lost in Jurassic Park) with a built in purple lightsaber and the Force, his partner the T-Rex from J-Park and his team of Jedi trained velociraptors for back-up.

Ok, we can all see where this is going.

That means mr. Rogers would be the winner.

And then he would commit suicide with the said +4 sword.

Would that include the awesome "gets his bones broken by a stiff breeze" ability from Unbreakable?

No, it would include complete knowledge of comic book tropes and supervillain like genius
