Risk PBP, is it possible

Me and some friends are wondering if Risk would be possible as a PBP.
We can easily do map, troop count and battles, the only problem we have is a way of doing the reinforcement cards. There are only four of us so it would be best if we don't have a DM, that way we can all play at the same time.
So any suggestions as to how we could do the reinforcement cards?

you may want to check out a site called conquerclub.

You can play risk online, complete with rotating turns with a 24 hour time limit to each person's turn. I liked it, but ended up raging against the dice roller too much.

Just like raging at the dice IRL. I don't think I've ever played a game of Risk that didn't involve someone screaming obscenities at the dice.

Quite true. But when I can't see my opponent suffering the same luck, it ends making me just rage like crazy. Which is a shame, there are some rather amusing/clever maps. (US Senate floor, with each seat/region being a spot you can go to)
