I'm looking for a good short module or adventure that contains a dragon's cave/lair/dungeon that I can extract and reflavor to use in my campaign. Some sort of winding cavern that ends with the hoard room would be perfect. Ideas?

What edition? What party level?

I won't say it's good, but icy heart involves a white dragon in its lair.

3.5 or pathfinder, level 6-8

New question! I'm gonna make this lair myself, so... Where could I find rules that let me have environmental hazards like rockslides and cave-ins. DMG2 has some hazards, but not what I'm looking for.

Underdark might be a good bet.

Underdark has some rules for combat in tight spaces, and some hazards like fungus and whatnot, but nothing about cave-ins or the like. Maybe I can adapt the rules for flooding, mixed with the falling rubble traps in the DMG?

I think there are rules for cave-ins in the DMG, actually.

Glacier Season, from Dungeon 86. Very detailed lair, and the dragon is a decent adversary. Also lots of stuff about enviromental hazards
