Has such as list ever been compiled? I'm interested in playing a character who crafts these kind of things, and/or running a no-magic game where these are the sole recourse to supernatural-style effects, and wondered if such a resource exists.

If not, I'm happy to go ahead and do it myself, will post it when done.

EDIT: D&D 3.X

If you're looking for 3.5 Alchemical stuff, try the Equipment index found here (http://www.crystalkeep.com/d20/index.php), it should start on page 32. Has stuff from core rulebooks, splatbooks, and both Dungeon and Dragon magazines, with references to page numbers and a short description of each.

If you're looking for 4e stuff… I dunno. Ask around.

Hmm, that's a good start (also *facepalm* at not checking CK first), but there's an awful lot of DrM stuff in there that doesn't sit too well with me, and i've had issues with incompleteness with those indices before. So I dunno, maybe I'll grab what I can from there and check all the other books I have.

There's a decent collection of D&D alchemical items here (http://adamsouza.tripod.com/alchemy.html). I've checked most of them, and haven't found the sorts of discrepancies common with CrystalKeep.
