It also gains a counter from your Heavy Storm and your Future Fusion, though it is forced to expend one to avoid destruction by your Storm. Does this affect your turn whatsoever, Miss Flarestar?

((EDIT: And I just realized I have 5 copies of Frequency Magician in my deck :smallsigh:. Originally, I had 3x Arcane Apprentice in the deck, but I replaced them for Frequency Magicians when I gave up on trying to mix Assault Mode with Synchro Fusion. Despite my best efforts, Miss Flarestar, my magic does not come to my call. I am forced to forfeit to the might of thine dragons. Well played - by removing from the game my Tempest Magician, you utterly blocked out my ability to use my Synchro Fusion magic.

((Well, once I lost Tempest Magician, I just could not regain field presence. If I had drawn Junk Synchron or Magical Exemplar just now, I might've had a chance at getting out another Synchro Magician and using the Miracle Synchro Fusion I had waiting in my hand. I think I will replace those Night's End Sorcerers with Old Vindictive Magicians, since they mesh well with my Apprentice Magicians and give me some much-needed monster removal. Any tips for my deck? Yours seems to be working pretty well.))

Looking through your deck nothing seems to wrong with it. Grabbing the Old Vindictive Magicians sounds like a good idea, my friend runs them with Apprentice Magicians and they're generally a pain. A Dark Bribe or two is always useful. They don't really mesh well with the spell-counter theme but they can stop a lot of things that'd ruin your day.

I also got really lucky with my draws. My opening hand contained everything I needed to frustrate your efforts, Dark Bribe, Compulsory Evacuation Device and Bottomless Trap Hole.))
