Lets say I'm trying to trick out Enervate, and at lower levels, Ray of Enfeeblement.

If I split and empower an enervate, am I doing 2d4(1.5) negative levels?
The same goes for Ray of Enfeeblement, two rays both dealing 1d6+5, both of them multiplied by 1.5?

Yes sir you are correct.
But I think that 2 rays of enfeeblement on the same target do not stack, I believe the highest penalty applies.

I was under the impression they stacked.

When applying penalty, only highest penalty applies. If they did ability damage or such, they'd stack (and the spell would be rather ridiculous). Now, Enervation on the other hand...

I do love that one that does Int damage. Like, a lot.
