Despite the name, not to be confused to be involved with Incarnum. Yet another Touhou-inspired Warlock/Martial Adept combo.

Incarnate Phoenix

Fujiwara no Mokou, an Incarnate Phoenix

Hit Die: d8

Requirements
BAB: +4
Skills: Tumble 8 ranks.
Feats: Improved Unarmed Strike, Eldritch Swordmage.
Maneuvers: Must know two Desert Flame maneuvers.
Invocations: Must know the Hideous Blow invocation.
Special: Eldritch Blast 2d6.

Eldritch Swordmage [General]
Req: Eldritch Blast class feature, AC Bonus class feature, ability to use 1st level maneuvers
Benefit: You add your Cha modifier as a bonus to your AC as opposed to Wis. This bonus still does not stack with bonuses to AC from Wis, such as from the monk or the ninja. Warlock levels stack with Swordsage levels for the purposes of determining benefits from your discipline focus, and damage and level of your Eldritch Blast feature. Warlock levels count as 3/4th of initiator level as opposed to 1/2.

((Creator's Note: Shamelessly adapted from Krimm_Blackleaf's Sortilegic Swordmage (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=96510). What can I say? It's still a good fit here.))

Incarnate Phoenix
Class Skills: Bluff, Balance, Climb, Concentration, Craft, Heal, Hide, Intimidate, Jump, Knowledge (the planes), Listen, Martial Lore, Spot, Sense Motive, Tumble.
Skill-points per level: 4 + Int modifier.

Weapon and Armor Proficiencies: An Incarnate Phoenix gains no new weapon or armor proficiencies.

Maneuvers: At each odd level, the Incarnate Phoenix gains new maneuvers from the Desert Wind, Setting Sun, or Tiger Claw disciplines. They must meet a maneuver's prerequisite to learn it. They add their full Incarnate Phoenix levels to their initiator level to determine their total initiator level and their highest-level maneuvers known.
At 2nd, 6th, and 10th levels, the Incarnate Phoenix gains additional maneuvers readied per encounter.

Stances Known: At 4th and 8th levels, the Incarnate Phoenix learns a new stance from the Desert Wind, Setting Sun, or Tiger Claw disciplines. They must meet a stance's prerequisites to learn it.

Phoenix Fire Blast: Warlock and Incarnate Phoenix levels (as well as swordsage, by taking the Eldritch Swordmage feat) stack when determining the strength of the character's Eldritch Blasts. However, the Incarnate Phoenix's Eldritch Blasts (now referred to as Phoenix Fire Blasts) deal fire damage, and gain a +1 bonus to caster level checks against spell resistance for every Incarnate Phoenix level they possess.
At 5th level, the Incarnate Phoenix's Phoenix Fire Blasts improve, ignoring fire resistance, and dealing half damage to creatures immune to fire. In addition, once per round during a full attack, the Incarnate Phoenix may substitute one of their attacks as received from high Base Attack Bonus for a Phoenix Fire Blast.

Burning Spirit (Su)
The Incarnate Phoenix's strength lies mostly in the ability to manipulate flames. Every time an Incarnate Phoenix deals fire damage, either from their Phoenix Fire Blasts, or from a Desert Wind maneuver, that damage is added to a pool that expires at the end of the Incarnate Phoenix's next turn. The Incarnate Phoenix may choose to add their damage pool to their next Phoenix Fire Blast or Desert Wind maneuver that deals fire damage.
At level 1, the maximum amount of damage the Incarnate Phoenix can store in their Burning Spirit pool is 5. This amount increases by 5 at the 3rd, 6th, and 9th levels of Incarnate Phoenix, to a maximum of 20.
Class features for the Incarnate Phoenix also function on the Burning Spirit pool, however, when they are used, the Burning Spirit pool cannot be refilled until their next turn.

Superior Unarmed Strike: The Incarnate Phoenix gains Superior Unarmed Strike as a bonus feat.

Erupting Fist (Ex)
At 2nd level, the Incarnate Phoenix can sacrifice at least 5 points from their Burning Spirit pool when making an unarmed attack with the Hideous Blow invocation active. When they strike an opponent, their fist explodes, setting the foe on fire; The creature takes 5 points of fire damage every round unless they succeed at a Reflex save (DC 10 + Incarnate Phoenix level + Charisma modifier). The creature is allowed a Reflex save every round for a number of rounds equal to the Incarnate Phoenix's class level until they succeed.
For every 2 additional points the Incarnate Phoenix sacrifices from their Burning Spirit pool, the affected creature takes 1 more point of fire damage each round. The DC also raises by 1 point for every 4 points (and extra 2 damage) sacrificed in this manner.

Explosive Thrust (Su)
At 3rd level, the Incarnate Phoenix can sacrifice at least 7 points from their Burning Spirit pool when making an unarmed strike with a Desert Wind boost that grants additional fire damage active. The affected foe must also make a Reflex save against the damage dealt, or be knocked back ((1d4)x5) feet. If they hit a wall or other inanimate surface, they take 1d6 damage for every 10 feet traveled.
For every 3 additional points the Incarnate Phoenix sacrifices from their Burning Spirit pool, the affected creature is pushed back another 5 feet.

Empowered Desert Fire (Su)
At 4th level, the Incarnate Phoenix can increase the damage of their next Desert Wind strike that deals fire damage by one-half by sacrificing 10 points from their Burning Spirit pool.
By spending an additional 10 Burning Spirit points, the effects of the strike are maximized. However, they can only perform this once per encounter.

Volcano Punch (Su)
At 6th level, the Incarnate Phoenix gains a unique maneuver; this maneuver must be readied and expended as normal.
As part of this maneuver, the Incarnate Phoenix makes a single attack against a foe, with an additional 6d6 fire damage. In addition, on the creature's next turn they must succeed at a Fortitude save (DC 10 + Incarnate Phoenix level + Charisma mod) if they make any action other than Total Defense (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/combat/actionsInCombat.htm#totalDefense) or take 12d6 fire damage.
The Incarnate Phoenix can sacrifice 5 points from their Burning Spirit pool to increase the fire damage dealt on a failed Fortitude save by 2d6.
This is considered a 6th-level maneuver.

Ragnarok Blast (Su)
At 7th level, the Incarnate Phoenix can sacrifice 14 points from their Burning Spirit pool when using a Phoenix Fire Blast to deal damage in a cylindrical area (20 foot radius, 40 feet high). Creatures are entitled to a Reflex save for half damage (DC 10 + Incarnate Phoenix level + Charisma mod). After the blast, for a number of rounds equal to the Incarnate Phoenix's class level, creatures that move over the ground of the area affected by the blast take 5d6 fire damage.
For every additional 2 points the Incarnate Phoenix sacrifices from their Burning Spirit pool, the damage dealt when moving over the affected area increases by 1d6.
This ability counts as both a Blast Shape and Eldritch Essence.

Blazing Phoenix Stance (Su)
At 8th level, the Incarnate Phoenix gains a unique stance that embraces their budding inner phoenix. They can gain the benefits of this stance by using a swift action, losing the benefits of any other stance.
In this stance, the Incarnate Phoenix gains a pair of fiery wings, granting them a flight speed equal to their land speed, with good maneuverability. In addition, when they move within 5 feet of the ground, burning embers coat their path for 1 round, dealing 6d6 fire damage to creatures who pass over any of the affected spaces (no save).
By sacrificing 5 points from their Burning Spirit pool during the round of movement, the flames last for 1 additional round.
This is considered an 8th-level stance.

Flaming Body (Su)
At 9th level, the Incarnate Phoenix gains immunity to fire, and for every fire effect that would damage them, they instead heal up to 10 points of damage, or the damage of the attack, whichever is less.
In addition, creatures grappling with the Incarnate Phoenix take 2d6 fire damage for every round of exposure.
In the Flame's Blessing Stance, for every 4 tumble ranks the Incarnate Phoenix possesses, they heal up to an additional 2 points of damage when exposed to a fire effect.

Flame of Rebirth (Su)
At 10th level, the Incarnate Phoenix's growth completes; their heart is as strong, willful, and immortal as a phoenix. Once per week, the Incarnate Phoenix can enact a ritual that functions as the Death Pact spell (Spell Compendium, p. 60). However, they only lose 1 Constitution as a result of this pact.
