Hi Playgrounders.

Is there a psionic version of Arcane Implement Proficiency? I am planning to make a battlemind going into Lyrandar windrider but I don't have any implement proficiencies. Also I am considering Hellish rebuke as my half elf dilletante power and as a defender I expect to be pounded a lot!

Thanks.

It has been hinted by WOTC that as of the upcoming October errata, if you are proficient in an implement you can simply use it will all your implement powers, not just those from a specific class. Based on that, a multiclass feat would simply do the trick.
