Not sure who would have the stomach to use the beast I made the stats out to be, but I at least tried to sandwich it with lore, plus a new domain and invocations. :smalltongue:

You can make one 5-foot cube that blocks movement and line of sight/effect per cleric level, and no more than this amount per day (they need not all be created at once). Each block has 5 hp per cleric level, hardness 5, and lasts 1 minute per cleric level.

Yukari Yakumo is, oddly enough, a lesser-known deity; that would even be an understatement -- despite her status as a greater deity, she is a literal unknown to all but those who have probed nearly every edge of the great wheel (or equivalent cosmology), or those who have been randomly graced by her presence. Though knowing of her is only a start. Literally no one knows how she got so powerful, or how long she has even existed. Some theorize she was created by an Overdeity of great power. Still others theorize that she once had a great following, but for some reason, fell from knowledge without losing her powers. They are just theories, though... one can't know for sure without asking Yukari herself, and finding her is just one difficulty. There are rumors that she has her own private demiplane, by the name of Gensokyo; but finding it is nearly as impossible as finding Yukari herself.
Yukari is a fairly laid-back, care-free deity, who sleeps most of the time (despite her not biologically needing it), and lives for the enjoyment of life. She rarely gets involved in anything; however, when she does, her plans are usually incoherent to even the most intelligent of minds. She usually prefers to work through others, though.

Dogma
Though Yukari rarely communicates with anyone, those who follow her have an innate desire to learn both the boundaries of the multiverse, and their own boundaries. As such, her followers are usually epic-level adventurers -- after all, exploration of boundaries both personal and spacial usually requires power -- most of whom have either hit a exponential rise in power, or are near or at their limit, whether it be through old age or lack of ways to rise further.
Those who know Yukari better tend to live closer to her enjoyment of life. They are usually powerful, but only enough so that they are not trumped by another who would compromise their ability to live life to the fullest.

Clergy and Temples
As one would expect, there are no(?) shrines to Yukari, and a infinitesimal amount of clerics devoted to her. Her clerics don't even bother keeping shrines to her, usually, holding that the astral sky is enough of a shrine to her existence. A select few Warlocks have made a deal with Yukari to gain their powers; they pay their respects to Yukari on a regular basis. There are no known holy days to Yukari; however, clerics and warlocks devoted to her hold celebrations starting after sunset, when they can spare the time. This is considered to be the biggest respect one can pay to her.
Yukari is catered to by her "shikigami", Ran Yakumo; some say she is a familiar, though she boasts enough strength on her own to be a credible threat. Ran even has a shikigami of her own, Chen, who more frequently reacts with other beings.

Yukari appears as a young lady, with long, blond hair, and wears a long, pink and purple dress with a pink mop hat, a red ribbon tied in front. She always carries around her signature lavender parasol.
Yukari usually arrives by a rift in space, from some uncharted part of the astral plane, where countless eyes of nameless beasts stare out.

Combat

Yukari very rarely participates in combat, as her lazy personality usually clashes with the thought of it. When she does, she is just as laid back and carefree, making those who fight her feel as if she's toying with them.
Yukari uses her resources at her whim at the time, so she has no real concrete strategy.

Astral Goddess (unique salient divine ability)
Yukari, as the goddess of the astral plane, has supreme control over the infinite nothingness that surrounds all smaller, essentially finite planes. As such, she gains a number of special abilities related to this dominion.
Automatic Adaptation: Yukari automatically adapts to the traits of a plane; she never suffers the negative effects a plane may inflict on her, however she still gains the benefits.
Divine Teleportation: Yukari can affect unwilling creatures with teleportation spells that require a willing target with a melee touch attack. She need not teleport with them. Whenever a creature casts a teleportation spell (or spell-like ability) within 20 miles of Yukari, she may choose to make an opposed caster level check. If successful, Yukari can either choose to entirely negate the spell, or alter the destination. If she fails, the spell carries through as normal. However, Yukari is always aware of the intended destination (as trace teleport (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/traceTeleport.htm)).
Infinite Step: As part of her move action, Yukari may move anywhere on the plane she's currently on. She may also use plane shift (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/planeShift.htm) as a swift action without error, as long as she is only teleporting herself. She also never provokes attacks of opportunity for movement.
She may choose to move normally, as well, in which case she moves 60 feet per round, and still provokes attacks of opportunity. However, she always acts independent of the gravity of the current plane she's on, as if under the effects of the air walk (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/airWalk.htm) (however, she is unaffected by wind) and/or spider climb (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/spiderClimb.htm) spells (this benefit applies even if she instantly teleports to a destination).

Divine Warlock
Yukari may use three eldritch blasts per round as a full attack action, rather than the normal limit of one. She can also apply two eldritch essences to any one of her eldritch blasts. Activating this ability is part of the use of eldritch blast.
The range of Yukari's eldritch blast increases to 20 miles (which also applies to area-of-effect blast shape invocations), and she can exclude any targets in the area of her blast shape eldritch blasts. When she uses the eldritch spear blast essence, the range of her eldritch blast increases to 100 miles.
Yukari may use any of her invocations as if she possessed the quicken spell-like ability feat, and counts as a normal spell for the purposes of the Multispell epic feat.

Goddess of Boundaries (unique salient divine ability)
Yukari is the goddess of boundaries; as such, she can create and manipulate anything that would qualify as a boundary.
Abilities: As an immediate action, Yukari can inflict 20 negative levels upon a creature; however, this is not negative energy, it is a straight limitation of the creature's abilities, so it is not affected by immunity to normal negative levels. These never lead to permanent level loss, and she cannot reduce a creature's HD below 1, however, they require a wish spell to remove (still a 50% chance of failure), or the interference of a deity with a greater rank than Yukari.
Alternatively, she may choose to deal 20 points of ability burn to each of a creature's ability scores (also not affected by immunity, though it has no effect on non-abilities). She cannot reduce any score below 1, and the methods of removal remain the same.
These effects last until the creature leaves Yukari's divine aura, plus another 20 days afterward.
Anti-Magic/Null Psionics/Null Extraordinary Abilities Field: As a free action, Yukari can create an antimagic or null psionics field within 200 feet of her. She may also choose to create a field that prohibits extraordinary abilities just as an antimagic field prohibits magic. Yukari herself, any creatures she chooses to exclude, and deities of an equal or greater divine rank to Yukari are unaffected by this ability.
Experience: By concentrating for 24 hours, Yukari can increase or decrease the amount of experience it takes to gain a level (applies universally) on the plane she is currently on, by 1000 exp. She can concentrate for up to 20 days, increasing or decreasing the amount of EXP required to level by up to 20,000. However, she cannot decrease the amount of EXP required every level below 1000. This effect lasts for as long as Yukari remains on the plane. Once she leaves, or a creature affected leaves the plane, the effect lasts for 20 days before reverting back to normal (affecting all creatures with permanent level loss until they reach the level appropriate for their experience amount).
Walls: As an immediate action, Yukari may recreate the effect of any spell that creates a wall or barrier for normal movement (wall of fire (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/wallOfFire.htm), wall of force (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/wallOfForce.htm), blade barrier (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/bladeBarrier.htm)). Her caster level for these spells is 20 (her divine rank).
This salient divine ability is more or less limitless, as long as it deals with boundaries. As such, additional effects are up to the DM. Deities of equal or greater rank to Yukari are unaffected.

Domain Powers
Yukari can create 20 5-foot cubes (100 hp, AC10, hardness 5, 20 minute duration) per day; Yukari casts divination spells at +1 caster level, and all knowledge skills are class skills for her; Yukari can act as if under the effect of a freedom of movement spell for 20 rounds per day.

Invocations
Yukari casts invocations as a 40th level warlock. However, she makes caster level checks as if she had caster level 95 (hit die + divine rank), which also applies to caster level checks for her eldritch blasts.

Cosmic Descryer: Yukari adds her divine rank to her cosmic descryer level to determine the strength of specials related to it, as well as uses per day.
Superior Planar Summoning: Yukari can use this quality in conjunction with any conjuration(summoning or calling) spell, and affects creatures of up to 32 HD higher, or with 32 HD of advancement. She also casts all full-round summoning spells as standard (or quickened) actions.
Naturalization: Yukari is naturalized to all planes (see astral goddess, above).
Enduring Gate: Yukari can make her gate spells last up to 30 days.
Cosmic Connection: Yukari can establish a Cosmic Connection 5 times per day, for up to 30 minutes per use.

Astral Parasol: Yukari carries this pink parasol at nearly all times. It is a +8 metalline returning club, except it deals 1d8 damage, and has an 18-20 threat range.
The astral parasol is always under the effect of the hideous blow blast shape invocation; as such, Yukari always deals her Eldritch Blast damage on a successful attack (however, she may not apply an eldritch essence to it).
On a critical hit, the creature struck must succeed at a DC50 Will save or be teleported to a random plane (as manual of the planes table 3-7). Yukari can choose to ignore this effect if she wishes; however she cannot choose the plane.
At the beginning of every day, Yukari may choose any spell she can cast up to 9th level; the astral parasol acts as a wand for that spell for the whole day, until Yukari exhausts all of the charges.
Finally, Yukari may choose to open the parasol as a move action; when she does so, she may no longer use it as a weapon. However, the astral parasol grants its enhancement bonus as a shield bonus to Yukari's AC. It has the exceptional arrow deflection (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/epic/magicItems/armor.htm#exceptionalArrowDeflection), and infinite arrow deflection (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/epic/magicItems/armor.htm#infiniteArrowDeflection) qualities while in this state.
A creature that attempts to use the astral parasol without Yukari's permission is automatically transported to a random planar destination every 24 hours, and is treated as under the effects of a dimensional anchor (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/dimensionalAnchor.htm) effect, as long as they possess it.


Invocations
These invocations, created by Yukari's talented, are a closely-held secret.

Eldritch Boundary
Greater, 6th, Blast Shape

When your eldritch blast hits a creature, it extends into a 20' tall, 5' per character level long wall. Whenever creatures pass through it (or start their turn on it), they take your eldritch blast damage. The original target is allowed a Reflex save to move to the side.
This wall lasts for a number of rounds equal to your caster level.

Yukari's Phase Step
Greater, 6th

For 24 hours, you no longer provoke attacks of opportunity for moving, as instead of moving through spaces, you instantly teleport to your destination. You still move at your normal move speed, though you also ignore difficult terrain. In addition, as an immediate action, you may move up to your speed. However, you may not teleport if you are surrounded by hostile creatures.
You cannot benefit from this ability if you are under the effects of dimensional anchor (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/dimensionalAnchor.htm).
