This is a new feat, designed to help someone who wants to play a Gestalt paladin/monk. Its based on a combination of the old Ascetic Knight and Ascetic Mage feats, giving the power of using CHA bonus to AC instead of the WIS bonus, the rest of what is in the old feats doesnt help since she has no spell slots to use (Ascetic Mage) and doesnt need to stack levels (Ascetic Knight), since its gestalt.

Feat: Ascetic Knight
You belong to a special order of religious monks that teach their adherents to use their appearance, instead of an unreliable sixth sense to protect themselves in battle. By relying on their force of personality, they cause their opponents to waver in battle before them.
Prerequisite: 1st level monk/1st level paladin
Benefit: If you would normally be allowed to add your Wisdom bonus to AC, you instead add your Charisma bonus to your AC.

Without the adding of levels together for Stunning Uses, unarmed damage, fast movement, Smite damage and so on, this one isn't as good as the original, which could have stood to be a little better as it was.

Put that back in and it won't be so bad, though perhaps it would be more evocative to basically take the original version of the feat and have it move in reverse, allowing you to use Wisdom on what the Paladin would normally have used Cha for, making it more about personal awareness and deific awareness than raw faith and belief.

charisma is more than about appearance.

instead of an unreliable sixth sense

just as wisdom is far more than spidey senses, reliable or not.

to protect themselves in battle. By relying on their force of personality,

that's better. charisma is about force, personality, magnetism, and even your ability to arrest and change the physical laws of the universe by your very presence.

underwhelming, as mulletman says later. make it switch charisma for every wis-based effect (stunning fist usage, etc), stack monk/paladin levels for stunning fist and smite, and then it will be a little better.
