I made a very dumb thread in the OotS subforum. Once someone pointed out I was clearly just blind I changed the Title to Ignore.

It then proceeded to be locked by the time I looked at my suscriptions less than a minute later. Is this some kind of automated response to certain thread titles, or does the increased moderater team just mean stuff like this gets noticed much quicker?

Fair enough. In that case feel free to lock this one too if it'll make you happy :smallamused:

Oh, I don't actually know anything about this. I just took the opportunity to affirm our awesomeness. I assume it was another mod, though.

Nice to see you haven't let your power go to your head, Vaynor. :smalltongue:

Maybe it went to the head of that alien that sits in his jar-hat.

They're on to us, jar-hat-alien! Quick, to the modmobile!

So that's what happened to it when Roland upgraded to an admincopter.

Admincopter? Roland traded that in last week for the new model of the adminzeppelin. Much more majestic, and can carry a significantly larger payload of Mk VI report-guided Banhammers.

That's what I was going to say but it's a bit of a mouthful.

Yeah. Gotta be careful, though. That much awesome is known to be awfully volatile.

But, as you are so awesome, you already know that. :smallwink:

A play on the words 'Air Force One,' the personal aeroplane of the President of Trogland, and 'Admin.'

Troll Patrol: The short answer is that no, we are not employing anything that automatically locks threads based on thread titles or anything else.

Furthermore, this discussion has wandered very far afield from the question, which has been answered, so I'm closing the thread.
