Looking for a Feat

I have recently decided to create a character using aberrant feats in an eberron campaign. I believe i saw a feat in one of the Eberron books that was related to the mournlands and counted as Aberration Blood. Now i can't seem to find it. What book is it in and on what page.

I use that site all the time but i forgot the name so i couldn't search for it.

I just searched for all aberrant feats and then looked for the one with Mourning. I'd just found out about the feat when somebody linked to it on these forums, well technically yesterday.
