Class-focused flaws for classes not taken at level 1

If asked as a DM or designer, how many of you would allow a player to select a class-focused flaw at first level that pertains to a class they don't take at level 1, with the provision that they dont get the benefit of a bonus feat until the prerequsites of the chosen flaw(s) were met?

The rules for flaws don't actually specify that they have to be taken at 1st level. Mostly of them make little-to-no sense otherwise, but the class-focused ones usually do. I'd say just wait until your first class level to take the flaw.

I'm with Dragoon on this one, it makes little sense to take a flaw before it actually applies.
