i was curious are there any divine casters who can cast spells spontaneously? I thought that would be fun to make and would like to know if i should make a base class like that or not

Favored Soul and Spirit Shaman.
EDIT: To make myself feel useful, I'll make the point that Spirit Shaman has the nice advantage of progressing at the Cleric/Wizard rate.

Clerics and Druids can too be spontaneous if you use this variant (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/spontaneousDivineCasters.htm)

Comedy answer: Clerics and Druids can spontaneously cast spells.
Just not all spells.

Which I highly endorse. Not only does it make these classes slightly less overpowered, but it makes Clerics of different gods actually feel different!

Also, if you allowed to delve into Pathfinder, there is the Oracle.

Pathfinder also has the Inquisitor for a 2/3 casting divine sorcerer (caps out at level 6 spells max). No idea how good they are overall though (playing around with one in a campaign atm, but he's only level 2 right now)
