Is that a custom array, or does the dm need to check your dice?

Anyway three ToB guides that are helpful:

Its a custom array.
Thanks for the guides, reading them now.

I'll assume you want a sneaky/tricky type character due to the Shadow Hand reference.

Whisper Gnome (RoS), Swordsage 9

Str 14 (16 base, -2 race)
Dex 22 (18 base, +2 race, +2 levels)
Con 17 (15 base, +2 race)
Int 16
Wis 18
Cha 12 (14 base, -2 race)

Flaw: Shaky (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/buildingCharacters/characterFlaws.htm)
Feats: Adaptive Style (ToB), Shadow Blade (ToB), Weapon Finesse, Two-Weapon Fighting, Improved Two-Weapon Fighting

Discipline Focus, Weapon Focus: Shadow Hand
Discipline Focus, Insightful Strike: Desert Wind
Discipline Focus, Defensive Stance: Shadow Hand

Skill Points, 9 per level (6 + Int bonus), x6 at 1st level: 126 at level 9. Yes, a Swordsage gets x6 skill points at 1st level instead of the usual x4.
Skill Ranks: Listen 12, Spot 12, Hide 12, Move Silently 12, Sense Motive 12, Tumble 12, Jump 12, Concentration 12, Heal 6, Balance 6, Kn: Nature 6, Kn: History 6, Ride 6.

Stances: Child of Shadow (SH), Hunter's Sense (TC), Dance of the Spider (SH), Hearing the Air (DM)
These are mostly focused on versatility rather than dealing damage, which makes for a more useful character overall.

Maneuvers, assuming you traded out three 1st level maneuvers for a 2nd, a 3rd, and a 4th at levels 4, 6, and 8:
1st: Wolf Fang Strike (TC), Sudden Leap (TC), Clinging Shadow Strike (SH), Moment of Perfect Mind (DM)
2nd: Cloak of Deception (SH), Flashing Sun (DW), Mountain Hammer (SD)
3rd: Mind Over Body (DM), Fan the Flames (DW), Zephyr Dance (DW)
4th: Hand of Death (SH), Firesnake (DW), Searing Charge (DW)
5th: Shadow Stride (SH) or Dancing Mongoose (TC)

This has a lot of Desert Wind maneuvers, but those are some of your best choices for dealing damage. You'll probably want to be full attacking whenever you can with boosts, or use a strike if you have to move or otherwise can't full attack. Sudden Leap into melee and still get to full attack that round, and Flashing Sun adds your Wisdom bonus to damage on every attack. Adaptive Style allows you to recover all of your expended maneuvers as a full-round action, rather than recovering only one per round. Mountain Hammer is there because it can break object easily.

Items (36,000 gp worth):
Sandals of the Light Step (MIC, 9,000 gp)
Bracers of Blinding Strike (MIC, 5,000 gp)
- Fleet Warrior's Array 2 piece bonus
Claw Gloves (MIC, 5,604 gp)
Mantle of the Predator (MIC, 8,000 gp)
- Garb of the Hunting Cat 2 piece bonus
Mithralmist Shirt (MIC, 3,400 gp)
Ring of Protection +1 (2,000 gp)
Ring of Sustenance (2,500 gp)

Again, this is mostly focused around versatility but these items grant considerable combat bonuses as well. The Claw Gloves function as Punching Daggers, which should be similar enough to daggers to use with your Shadow Blade feat. If not, drop both pieces of that set and replace them with a pair of +1 Shortswords and probably Gloves of Dex.
