1. Fear immunity, which is granted by lionheart, is not a penalty. The current wording of these new spells negates the effect of lionheart. This could be fixed by saying "In addition to the effects of lionheart, <newspell> grants <blahblahblah>."

Fixed. The mass version doesn't need an addendum, however.
