I caught the Hecate reference to the deity, but not Katie (if there is one placed into her).

Actually, it is not related to the deity. Both of them are references to the same character, in a way, although originally it was Hecate and Cate.

Ah yes, I was going to allow some roleplaying before describing the scene (its all mightily generic most likely, I'll see what comes to me). So relatively soon, if not now will I be giving the room more of a description.
