I slightly tweaked the magic schools in my game. Conjuration, Evocation, Necromancery and Transmutation remain unchanged by Abjuration and Divination have been merged into Mysticism. I want to do the something similar with the Enchantment and illusion school, but I am not sure what to name it. I was thinking of calling it Beguilement and then renaming the Beguiler. Any other ideas?

You could call the school Trickery instead of Beguilement, and just leave the Beguiler as is.

Call it SHENANIGANS (http://thesaurus.com/browse/trickery)!
Trickery and Mesmerizing work fine.

I approve of Mesmerism/mesmerizing. Trickery could get mixed up with the trickery domain.

But then, we have Transmutation domain somewhere I believe, so maybe it won't be an issue... :smallsigh:

I...actually had a Wizard with Craft Shenanigans...

That said, in response to the OP, perhaps Misdirection?
Mind-bending?

...I'm honestly trying to think of something better, but I keep seeing a half-orc sorcerer using that school, and saying "Me no do nothing."
