It is, though often there will be a list of people who give open permission for their avatar to be costume-ized.

Well, we could just do an awkward thing and have the Week start on Wednesday and end on Wednesday, or we could start it, and then keep going a little longer if people want to keep going with it.

You know, I never did get a 100% complete on either of those games, and thus never fully beat Jersey Devil. I think the fact that some of the levels were difficult to find, and the fact that most of your attacking power was limited by range, hindered its ability to become iconic.

Kinda liked Croc though. Even if it was unforgiving at times, it just had a sort of atmosphere that I love in games.

The sad part is I could probably name every Robot Master from the main series, and I only have Megaman 9 on the Wii and Megaman 1 on the Wii Virtual Console. Rowsen wanted to get Megaman 2 on the VC, but I'm not sure if he bought it.
