[Eberron] Schemas and Creation patterns

I found Minor schemas on Magic of Eberron, and suspect that there aren't other sources for such items (I think they just serve as campaign devices). Am I wrong? Or are these statted anywhere?

As far as I can tell, the term "minor" schema implies that there are "major" schema, which might possibly be for higher-level spells (7-9) or unique plot effects altogether (such as the Mourning). No hard sources, though.

Whisper of the Vampire's Blade
Grasp of the Emerald Claw

They're the main three modules produced by WoTC for Eberron. The one-shot at the end of the Campaign Setting book leads into Shadows of the Last War.
