Not only that the argument made was stupid. Not only did that one qualify literally it also shows roy's skull then the next panel his rebuilt heart, in his ribcage and visible. The rest of the argument that any panel with a person on it would technically work is very Non Sequitur. They don't work because 1 you can't see their skulls and 2 you can't see their heart either. If the person had used a bunch of pages including Xykon I might find that a valid attempt but not much better. As it is it doesn't work.

If the person meant a Valentine Heart and didn't like someone using a literal heart their only true option is to reword the question.

To tell you the truth, I can't make out a heart in Roy's ribcage at all. Maybe it's clearer in the paper edition.

I zoomed in to where the panel filled the screen and was very pixelated, and I could not see anything that looked like a heart. His rib cage was blocking it, as far as I could tell. You could even see arteries coming out of the rib cage, suggesting that the heart is there, but not visible. I doubt that the red mass in the middle of Roy's belly is his heart, unless his anatomy is exceptionally strange. If the heart isn't visible, I don't see how the argument was "stupid" or "non-sequitur". There are a heart and a skull in most panels in OOTS if you accept that this comic, in which no heart is visible, is a viable answer.

Edit: Nevermind, I realized that the original poster might have been referring not to the heart in the ribcage but to the word heart in the panel adjacent to the skull, and that's pretty cool. In terms of narrative flow, they're not consecutive panels, but it terms of physical placement they are.

I like the idea of it being a crossbow bolt. But crossbows are a bit rare in stickverse, aren't they? I can't remember many off the top of my head. Edit: It's not one of Pete's weapons, nor is it the one used by the Death Squad. The smuggler Dwarf in Gobbotopia wasn't selling any, and the Dwarf trying to kill the King of Nowhere doesn't seem to have color on his crossbow.
