The feat you combine with Robilar's gambit to stack/withhold AoOs for one big bonus?

Stormguard Warrior. It allows you to make touch attacks in place of any melee attack, and then the next round you get a bonus to damage based on the number of attacks you made. Requires Ironheart Aura, +6 BAB, two Iron Heart Maneuvers. Tome of Battle pg 36.

Be sure to get a high Miss Chance, DR, temp hit points, etc. Because if you don't, using this combo could kill you.

It also allows you to not take an AoO and get a bonus on the next round to both attack and damage (which is what the OP referenced).
It also gives you bonuses to fight defensively when outnumbered.
