Is there any way to increase the amount of default-prepared maneuvers a crusader can get? (the ones that they are given at the beginning of combat?

Also, for a crusader, do they regenerate all their abilities with a swift action (like the Warblade)? Or do theirs only regenerate when the cycle of granted abilities refreshes? And if the latter is the case, then would increasing the amount of readied maneuvers to the maximum number make them refresh /round?

ToB feat increases it by 1.

The second one.

Yes.

I think the last part only works if the number of maneuvers known is even or less than the number of granted maneuvers.

Actually, all you need is for the number of granted maneuvers to be equal to the number of readied maneuvers.

Whenever you increase the number of readied maneuvers you gain another granted maneuver, the only other way to get extra granted maneuvers should be by the feat, which can only be taken once.

You can always multiclass into Warblade or Swordsage. That signifigantly increases the number of maneuvers you have readied at the start of a battle.
