Help me rember the name and source of that Item

I recall seein a magic item that was a cloak, that you could use to get various survuival thingies.

IIRC you could get campfires. donkeys, arrows and bow.... and more stuff.

Does this rings a bell in anyone's head?

There's the Robe of Useful Items in the DMG is what you're thinking I believe.

There's also the Survival Pouch in Magic Item Compendium. It's not a robe but it gives you donkeys, bows, fires, food, tents, and all with a certain amount of uses per day rather than one shots.
