Hold on, hold on, how is this arena set up? How big? Any obstructions?

plane 60' wide arena, classical Colosseum style.

You need to roll a 1 on a 1d7 to hit me.

Also Ring of Blink is on, so roll miss chance too, 50% to hit.

Ralasha
2010-10-07, 11:24 PM
No, I don't. I breath. You take 72 damage. Fort DC 22 for half please. Assuming the others are illusury, they should be effectively dispelled. Fort DC 22 or go deaf. 1 breath. 2 saves.

Dresil

Enemies attempting to attack you or cast spells at you must select from among indistinguishable targets. Generally, roll randomly to see whether the selected target is real or a figment. Any successful attack against an image destroys it. An image’s AC is 10 + your size modifier + your Dex modifier. Figments seem to react normally to area spells (such as looking like they’re burned or dead after being hit by a fireball).

Also under blink, 50% miss chance still applies

Ralasha

-.- oh right, heh, that's ok, miss chance applies to you as well. Your turn I guess. you only took 36 damage, and are only bleeding slightly from the nose, ears and eyes.

Dresil
2010-10-07, 11:34 PM
You need to roll a miss chance for your breath attack to see if I did take 36 damage.

5' step back to let the clones reshuffle and activate Think First, Strike Second for my standard action.

Ralasha
2010-10-07, 11:35 PM
[roll0]11 or higher hits.

That's a 50% miss chance, and I hit you.

Now I wait 4 rounds, and do it again. Only next time, I just empower it. So I'll only have to wait 2 rounds etc.

Dresil
2010-10-07, 11:39 PM
So no action other than recharge?

Ralasha
2010-10-07, 11:42 PM
Meh, I suppose. I'll take off, and fly straight up 200 feet. I'm actually not... worried... having 220 HP and all... not many spells could kill me without being double empowered and maximized... and there's no way you have the slots for that.

Dresil

If that is your game, pull out wand of CSW and use a charge. [roll0]

[roll1] hp healed.

going to bed for night.

I let my wings furl, and drop to attack. Technically a charge, using leap attack.

2 crits. assuming confirms hit.
*edit* 1 crit. due to miss chance. 248 damage.
*edit* Thanks for pointing out my weakness. I took blind fight so that I can roll twice against concealment. (Not using that in this fight though, since I started out without it.) Down to 210 HP... weeee.

The attack that would have hit struck a clone. Attack with Class features Taunt (Will DC 12 or become enraged, -2 to AC) and In the Gap, (Lose Armor bonus to AC)

"You can't hit what you can't see!"

Attacking while Blinked, you also lose any Dex bonus and any bonus otherwise when losing Dex.

oh no... not a DC 12... whatever shall I do? [roll0] win. That's what. Blink miss chance is even on both sides. You would also have a 50%. Missed my AC anyway. 45. Minus Armor... reference to feats and applicable terms please. I would like to check something. May have to drop some of the enhancement on my armor so I can get Heavy Fort, but that won't happen during the duel. Depending on circumstances: you may have just de3alt me 41 damage.

From what I understand for Blink...

If the attacker can see invisible creatures, the miss chance is also only 20%. (For an attacker who can both see and strike ethereal creatures, there is no miss chance.) Likewise, your own attacks have a 20% miss chance, since you sometimes go ethereal just as you are about to strike.

Also

Taunt: At 2nd level, a swashbuckler may taunt an enemy to enrage him. Pick a target, and as a swift action, taunt them. The target must make a will save (DC= 10 + 1/2 Class levels + Charisma Bonus), and if it fails, it becomes enraged for 3 + your Charisma bonus rounds. They for intents and purposes, act as if they were a barbarian during a rage, except they don't gain any bonus to their ability scores, the restrictions on their actions apply and they take the normal -2 penalty to AC.

In the Gap: At 4th level, once per turn a swashbuckler may make an attack and ignore the target's armour bonus to AC. This is doesn't include the target's shield bonus to AC.

Wow... that's gross... you took me down to a 25 AC. Not seeing loss of dex in blink. SRD reference? Alright, screw that, using my blind fight.

From

http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/blink.htm

While blinking, you take only half damage from area attacks (but full damage from those that extend onto the Ethereal Plane). You strike as an invisible creature (with a +2 bonus on attack rolls), denying your target any Dexterity bonus to AC.

bah, well, one more of your clones is dead. down to 169. immune to crit crap now. Thank you stances. your dueling, sneak attack, and any precision damage, is no longer working for you, and you have no crit chance. instant action: Earthstrike quake: please give me a DC 29 fort save or fall prone.

If not, move action like normal, then do as above stated.

Ralasha

that was... 4 rounds? Leap attack. Height less than 60' is no barrier. And, attacking doesn't count as moving with leap attack. which is nice. So ti won't end my Fortification giving stance. Swift action: Irresistable Mountain Strike. DC 29 Fort or fall, and loose standard action next turn. Make it 2 times.

Dresil

None of those attacks come close to my AC, and you didn't roll for clones or miss chance.

Ralasha
2010-10-08, 05:12 PM
Only two attacks hit. So this is their damage bonus. Fort sae doesn't remove this.
[roll0]
[roll1]

I rolled for the one that is flying. Taking in that each 1 on a d20 is 5%, yes, I did roll miss chance. Also, the first one, at least hit. with a 44. Also, only 1 hit your AC, two hit your miss chance, you still roll your fort save twice. and take 4d6 from the second hit. just the maneuver's bonus damage. On first attack you take it all. you took 89 damage. wish my first strike had critted.

Ralasha
2010-10-08, 05:17 PM
Here: just to make you happy, lets see which one of 5 I hit, since two of them are dead.
[roll0]
I hit you. You take the 89. thank you.

Dresil

I have 152 HP.
