If dual-wielding a pair of Speed weapons, do you get an extra attack with each of them?

Argueably no. Haste attacks have a precident of not stacking with one another. If you have one "speed" weapon, and are affected by Haste, you explicitly don't get another attack. Also, Haste being the spell required to create the weapon is indicative.

In reality, nothing outright states that they do or that they do not. Take that for what you will.

The other person did give the right answer RAW. But as a DM i would give it to you, rule of cool and all. Plus TWF tends to be not really all that powerful, and you spent like +6 (+3 on each sword), overall to get it. In the end you could have like 4 attacks with the other hand, and +1 to hit and damage, and +2d6 holy damage would probably be more brutal overall. (8d6 +4 if they all hit compared to what a single extra hit would get).

Technically no, but I'd think you could talk your DM into it. (Don't push it if he says no though, just ask polite).
