Need an idea for a full campaign, but short on ideas? Got a nifty one to share that turned out to be great fun for your gaming group?

Concept: No mortals are aware of it, but Ao, the God over the Gods, was spun out by the universe to be an embodiment of true neutrality. The universe also created Zra, the embodiment of absolute good and Ket, of absolute evil. Neither Zra nor Ket, thankfully, are aware of the existence that Ao has crafted, for if they ever found out, reality as we know it would be judged as insufficiently good or evil and then destroyed. There may even be realities crafted by Zra and Ket, but they are only hinted at.
The only mention of this knowledge was safely tucked away in the library of Boccob, but an enterprising planejumper managed to find himself in the library and has absconded with it.
Campaign Hook: The PCs begin by stumbling across two cloaked figures (actually Kolyaruts) assaulting an elderly man. The PCs, if they attempt to help, are blocked by a Zelekhut, who merely attempts to restrain the PCs. When the assault is over, the figures remove a book from the man's backpack and vanish.
The man is dead, but a search of his person reveals a false bottom to his pack and the real book inside. A note tucked into the book reveals that the carrier of the book will need to continue moving, else someone may learn of Zra or Ket and attempt to contact them or worse - summon them.
Adventure Hooks and Ideas:

Demons, interested in final conquest over the forces of good, hear scraps about the knowledge contained therein and attempt to take the book to summon Ket. Should they succeed, even Hell and the Abyss would not be deemed evil enough.
The players hear of a box that protects its contents from being detected or scryed.

Bosses: Several Inevitables, and several other agents of Boccob
BBEG: Ket himself, or at least a version weakened by him appearing in another reality. As he attempts to unravel reality like cloth, the players must maintain a hold on the wildly unstable threads as they attempt to defeat Ket.
