I was just reading through Deities and Demigods and I can't find any rule for determining how many domains a god gets per divine rank. Can anyone out there point out to me how that is decided? Specifically, for a rank 1 demigod?

Seems to be that all deities get 3 domains +1 for each time they take the Extra Domain Salient Ability.

To take Extra Domain Salient Ability you need at least 6 divine ranks.

So it would seem to be demigods (1-5 divine ranks) get 3 domains.

Awesome. What page did you read that on, if I could ask?

Page 29 under grant spells: A deity has access to 3 or more domains.
Page 32 at the end of Portfolios and Domains (begins on page 31): A deity has access to at least 3 domains. They can possess more than 3 if they take the Extra Domain Salient Ability.

This link might be of use (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/divine/divineAbilitiesFeats.htm#salientDivineAbilities); "A deity has one salient divine ability for each divine rank the deity has, plus additional salient divine abilities reflecting its status: Demigods receive one bonus ability, lesser deities receive two bonus abilities, intermediate deities receive three, and greater deities receive five (SRD)"
