Copypaste your stats here.

Name: Julius Jacobs
Type: Carefree Hedonist
Age: 16
Terror:
Trauma:
Bliss: 16

Special Abilities:
Add one intimacy to any relationship.
Extra starting relationship (already included)

Hope: To have a really, really good time.

Appearance: Raven-haired and delicate featured, Julius could easily be mistaken for either gender at a glance. Very tall and skinny. He has long hair and blue eyes and usually wears very tight clothing and a smile. Sometimes smoking. In a word, Julius is beautiful.

Personality: Julius is very extroverted, constantly flirting with anything that moves regardless of sexuality, gender, age (although not too young), or even looks really. He doesn't really care about suffering people or this war or the fact that the whole word has gone to hell, he just wants to have some fun and everyone else needs to loosen up too. He is cynical from years of seeing his friends killed in combat, but hides it with jokes and his Hedonistic lifestyle. Unlike a lot of the other pilots, Julius holds no delusions that they'll ever win.

Description: Julius wasn't well-liked before it hit the fan, but he has taken this as an opportunity to reinvent himself. Most of his other history is unknown and he isn't talking about it either. He is terrified of the Bliss taking him and its getting worse as he gets older. Julius plans on dying long before he has to worry about going into the Bliss though, so he is enjoying himself as much as possible before then. He seems like he doesn't care about anything, he doesn't care anything, you shouldn't care about anything and join the endless tragic party that is life.

Molly Evans
Anchor Type: Savvy

Molly Evans is a pretty fourteen year old girl that is almost the stereotype of the preppy mean girl. Even though the war is going on, she still managed to have access to an impressive wardrobe and she hasn't been seen to wear the same outfit twice. Her clothes styles range from beautiful dresses to High Line fashion teenager clothing, all of it brand name, of course. Molly considers herself to be very important because she is the Julius Jacobs Anchor (and in a semi-sorta relationship with him.. I'm sure he'll call!), and he's one of the most popular guys around. She is fake nice to people who can get her things, but is very cruel to most of the other girls based on tastes, failed relationships, and what they choose to wear. In other words, she rhymes with witch.

Xavier Callahan

Xavier is the same age as Julius and is blessed with very nice looks. You'd never mistake him for a girl, however, as his muscles are rather large and he looks all man. He has shaggy and messy dark brown hair and a little bit of scruff indicating he hasn't shaved today, but of course growing in very tastefully. Xavier is one of the few gay students at the school, but you wouldn't know based on stereotypes. In a fist-fight there is almost no one else you'd rather have on your side than Xavier, so he has a reputation as being kind of a bad dude. And he is. He isn't mean-spirited, simply out-spoken and doesn't like taking orders. Xavier is very down to earth and practical, but you wouldn't want to be around when he is angry as his temper is something of legend around the school. He leads one of the few, and largest, gang of students in the school that formed after the war and they are all pretty devoted to him called the Grinning Dreamers. Julius is the unspoken 'co-leader' of the gang and he relishes it. It is well-known they are in a relationship but the extent of it is unknown.

Name: Logan White
Type: Rising Hero
Age: 16
Terror:
Trauma:
Bliss: 16

Special abilities: Cancels trust penalty in relationships with pilots, Extra-strength starting relationships

Appearance:
Logan is 5'9" tall, and not quite finished growing. He's got red hair and keeps it short, although not military-short. The clothes that he salvaged before the invasion destroyed most of his possessions include some pretty basic arrangements - he usually resorts to t-shirts and cargo jeans, but will wear a hooded jacket if it's even a little cold out. He also usually wears his grandfather's old BSA belt, on which hangs a flashlight and a pocket knife holder that he made himself long ago, along with the knife that goes in it.

Personality:
Logan generally tries to keep calm and stay helpful. He was raised to be polite, friendly, and reverent, but the hellish conditions of the last seven years have dulled that somewhat. He's very task-oriented and does what he can to help around the school - he's been seen tearing up the sports field to help Hsiu with her planting and occasionally helps Diana with the cooking - most of the time, though, he takes care of various Maintenance jobs around the school, often in tandem with Riley. While he isn't as technically proficient as she is, he performs simpler tasks like boarding shattered windows, fixing sagging ceiling tiles, climbing up to high points to install new skylight windows, etc. In his free time, he reads from his old Boy Scout manual or hangs out with his circle of friends and pilots - minus Zack. Othewise, he hangs out with Kate.

In some ways, he's oblivious to how much of the refugee's hopes are riding on him, but in other ways, he's all too aware. Much of the time he appears brash and confident because he knows that everyone expects him to be. In reality, he's been turning Zack's assessment of his priorities over in his mind for some time - while at the same time coming to grips with the fact that no matter how skilled or lucky he is as a pilot, or how strong his bonds are through the ANIMa, he has less than 3 years to live.

He knows how lucky he is to have any surviving family - in the form of Riley - but that relationship is strained almost to the breaking point, despite how close they are - as a result, he hesitates to jeapordize his bond with his sister in combat, even though it's by far the strongest one he has. He's also in a similar situation with Kate, his Anchor.

Despite the desperation of the situation, though, he isn't a quitter. He'll keep piloting and working on fixing/fortifying the school as long as he remains awake and alive, for however long he has left.

Hope:
Can we defeat the aliens?

1|3|| Everyone | Default[/table]

Kate Brewer
Kate has shoulder-length, wavy blonde hair that she usually lets hang naturally. She's of average height and weight, but looks kind of stringy for indeterminable reasons. She had a terrible home situation and was planning to move away to stay with other relatives prior to the world-ending invasion, but those plans ended when life as we knew it did. She could best be described as energetic and 'spunky,' and has a quick temper, but fails to hold grudges longer than a few hours. She generally wears either normal clothing or whatever the heck she feels like that she managed to dig out of the drama classroom's closet, if she's in one of her weird moods.

Kate is very much a people person and a leader type, and is good at keeping differences from escalating into fights - frequently with an over-the-top imitation of the offenders to let them know how silly they're being. She focuses very hard on the here-and-now, and so far appears to have given little, if any, thought to what's been lost - possibly as a defense mechanism.

She and Logan hooked up nearly a year prior to the first ANIMA launch, and their relationship is still going well, but things haven't been quite the same between them ever since Logan's big fallout with Zack...

Anchor type: Tempestuous

Diana Lewis
A definite perfectionist and go-getter, Dana Lewis is short, blonde, and kind of harsh. She isn't beautiful, but she's in excellent shape, and cute enough. That said, she's very good at whatever she sets her mind to. Before the attack and the Bliss, she'd aimed to become a veterinarian or a nutritionist, but she has a wide variety of skills. Since the students forted up in the school, she's been the one in charge of sorting and distributing supplies of all kinds, as well as the chief cook. Dana is a diabetic, but recently came to the discovery that she will reach Bliss before she runs out of insulin refills, a grim reminder of the new definition of 'old age.'

Riley White
Riley White is Logan's twin sister, and her mechanical skills and temperament are well-known around the school. She and Logan have virtually no secrets from each other, but since the invasion and the loss of the rest of their family, they've been getting distant, as though preparing for the inevitable. She gives him an epic harangue whenever he risks too much on a mission, a phenomena that usually causes others to vacate the area quickly. Lately, Logan has been trying to rebuild the trust they once shared, but so far to no effect. This has led to her being a remarkably powerful but delicate part of the ANIMa, so he uses parts fashioned from that relationship only rarely.

Name: James Marshall
Type: Eager Young Soldier
Age: 14
Terror:
Trauma:
Bliss: 14

Personality:
On the surface, James seems to be a relatively well-adjusted (all things considered), cheerful, energetic teen. But only on the surface. Anyone who spends more than a few minutes with James learns that he's...not exactly normal. He's excited to be fighting against the alien threat, and thrilled every time he goes into combat. The fact that people are dying around him doesn't phase him in the slightest. And the fact that he could end up dead any minute doesn't even seem to occur to him.

Appearance:
James is a little on the short side, coming up at 5'2", but the way he carries himself makes him seem much taller. He has short, unkempt brown hair that always looks as though he just rolled out of bed. His green eyes are rather dull and disconcerting, except when he's in the middle of combat. Then they're bright, vivid, and full of life. His skin is a deep tan, evidence of the time he spends out in the sun.

History:
While James never talked much about the past, preferring to dwell in the present, his brother did. The brothers lived a relatively normal middle-class existence with their parents up until the aliens struck. They were at home when it happened, with friends over. In less than a minute, they were alone in the wreckage of their house, everyone else dead.

Others:
{table=head]Intimacy|Trust|Stress|Name
2|2||Julius Jacobs
2|3||Thomas Winters[/table]

Hope:
I hope we win a decisive battle.

Jonathan Marshall:
Jonathan is James's senior by 2 years, and couldn't be more different than his brother (mentally, that is. Physically they're almost identical, except that Jonathan is taller). Where James is a happy, uncaring person, Jonathan is a depressed person who has, in his words, "cared too much." He's lost almost everyone he ever cared about, including, in his mind, his brother. The two have come to blows on more than one occasion, as James's attitude really hurts Jonathan.

And it doesn't help Jonathan any that he knows exactly why James became the way he is, and yet he can't do anything to help.

I suppose I'll repost my character from the other page, with a nice single sentence Hope. And replacing Zack on my relationship table with someone I think he'd also have an antagonistic relationship with.

Name: Tobias Hawkins
Type: Devoted Lover
Age: 15
Terror:
Trauma:
Bliss: 15

Special Abilities:
Starts with a very powerful relationship (already included).
Add one stress to any two relationships.

Relationships
{table=head]Intimacy|Trust|Stress|Name
5|3|| Amy Sullivan
3|2|1| Riley White
2|3|| Christina Freeman (Anchor)
2|3|| Logan White
2|1|1| Julius Jacobs
1|3|| Thomas Winters
1|2|| Everyone Else[/table]

Appearance
Tobias looks like an average looking teenager with brown messy hair. His eyes are a shiny sort of jade and look hard from years of conflict. He is a tall skinny guy at 5'7 and 120 lbs but you wouldn't know it from the way he carries himself- as a disciplined fighter. Deciding that the end of the world was no reason to change his wardrobe he still wears the jeans and t-shirts (with an open long sleeve shirt over it if cold) he wore when he went to school here.

Personality
Tobias is a rather stoic individual, but easygoing more than harsh. IF you do happen to be goofing off instead of acting like we're at war he'll give you a stern reprimand and a harsh lecture, but not much else. His relationship with Amy Sullivan is legendary both for how long and how faithful they've been and how much Tobias loosen up around her- shes his life and soul and without her he'd be an empty husk. Tobias is a fine believer in a justice system to tries to keep students in line. He wanted to be a cop when he grew up.

Likes and Dislikes
Tobias loves order and everything being in its place. He loves Amy and all of his close friends, and trying to keep moral high. He dislikes people that don't respect the authority of the kids 15 and up and how chaotic everything has gotten. His biggest fear is claustrophobia.

Hopes
-I hope there's a future for humanity.

More than any other, he'd say, Tobias wants the end of the war. After it ends and they can bring the adults back (or even if they cant) he plans to build a new society and try and make humanity grow again. With hope more than anything else as his guide, belying his stoic nature, he believes anything is possible with all of them and truly believes they can win.

Amy Sullivan
Generally seen in a skirt and dressed modestly with her long blond hair hanging free, Amy is a rather timid girl that generally shys away from combat and the realties of the war. With a serene expression she continues to embrace manners and politeness even in these dark times. When around Tobias she opens up quite a bit, but is still very sweet and meek-voiced. She has a ten year brother she takes care of and defends furiously. Amy also seems to be very naive and all around just a sweetheart. A lot of the time she either helps out with the main Nurse or the main Cook, although she can't do either very well. (Though she is getting better at Nursing.. not so much her cooking) At her darkest times, she deludes herself into thinking there is no war and its just a school day that never ends.

Riley White
Red Headed. The official unofficial mechanic of the team, Riley is a true Wrench Wench. Even before things went bad she was taking apart engines with her Dad in his workshop. She has a gruff and really tomboy personality, always wearing tight shirts and pants and getting in peoples faces. More than anything she wishes she could be out there fighting too. Riley and Tobias had been friends for a long time till one day one of them admitted to the other that they loved them. No one is really for sure who turned who down, but they both took it hard when both of them were dating new people the next week. Riley broke up with hers three weeks later, but Tobias' new date was Amy. She is also Logan White's sister.

Christina Freeman
Anchor Type: Driven
Christina will be one of the first to speak up when matters of morality are concerned. She considers any life to be extremely important to save and will go to any lengths to make sure life is preserved. Christi is not cruel and is very cordial with everyone, but enjoys her alone time away from the battles. She knows that they are important and does her part to her full extent, and never takes any smack from anyone or anything. She usually has her brown hair tied back out of her face to show off her rather cute face and small framed glasses. Her and Tobias mesh so well people think they're brother and sister, although they aren't related in the least. Never the less, the small barbs and teasing they do makes it seem like Tobias is the older brother of the slightly younger Christina.

Copy-pasta, engaged!

Name: Thomas Winters
Type: Innocent Sweetheart

Appearance: Blond, 4'8'', with long-ish hair for a boy and deliberately baggy clothing. Thomas is most comfortable in a gray pair of khakis and a UNH sweatshirt, which were part of a scant armful of his possessions that he managed to move to the school. His face hasn't really started to break out yet (possibly due to a stash of cosmetics that he keeps,) and he's handsome in a slightly sad-in-snow kind of way.

Personality: Thomas is shy and reserved, prone to brooding, but he has a pretty deep compassionate streak. When he sees someone suffering, he can be downright ferocious in their defense. He likes to think of himself as stoic and reserved, but he's more of an emotional water balloon. A little bit of stress and it all comes pouring out.

Likes and dislikes: Thomas likes comfortable anonymity, being by himself, watching the sky, old CDs, feeling like he can be relied on, and pudding. Thomas dislikes being told what to do, people around him fighting, constant loud noise.

History: Thomas was a private school kid. Bright, but very much stuck in his own social bubble. Tanya, on the other hand, went to Walpole High and had been friends with him since kindergarten. She was the one who relocated him there after the bliss hit, practically dragging Thomas out of the shell of his house.

Thomas is an only child, and losing his parents has probably hit him a little harder than he lets on.

Age: 13
Terror:
Trauma:
Bliss: 18

Special: Add one trust to one relationship.

Hopes:
-Can we bring things back to the way they were?

1|3-1|| Tobias Hawkins (Pilot)
1|2|| Everyone else[/table]

Tanya Dupree
Status: Thomas' Anchor
Anchor type: Kind

Appearance: tight clothing, mainly tank tops and jeans. Tan skin. She sort of radiates warm, and she's always smiling.

Personality: Sweetness and light, until you hit one of her traumas. She's...kind of not okay with having lost her parents to the bliss, and reminding her of it can trigger a serious attack of moodiness. As long as you steer away from talking about families, she's nice to everyone.

So, looks like we're all shuffling anchors. Anyone wanna play Tanya Dupree? She showed up in my opening post, but I didn't establish much more of her character than that she cares about Thomas and knows him pretty well.

Kensington, can I call dibs on Molly Evans? She's kind of the perfect midpoint between "interesting character" and "I could actually play her." B****y and self-posessed? Drama gold.

Sure man, feel free. I guess that leaves me to play Kate Brewer. Looks hard. XD

Oh yeah, and we're not controlling our own Anchors, but can we still control other NPCs in our entourage?

And what is the dream-world like? I'm sure you'll describe when we first enter but I'd still like a little more information on how its supposed to look, feel, and how we actually fight and such. I wish I could get the book. ;p

Sorry I haven't posted yet, guys. I can only post in the mornings mostly. Molly Evans was written to be played up for evil and drama, do your worst. :smallamused:

I don't think I have to play an Anchor, do I? They're all accounted for.

Ask Tichrondrius. At least most of the action in my posts so far has been outside of the heads of my characters. :smallamused:

*(Five Gundam's Worth of Relationships/Weapons)*

I see you took my tactical advice to heart. :smalltongue:

In general, if they're part of your 'entourage' you shouldn't control them; that makes it easier for you to have interludes with characters important to your Pilot.

Basically, if you have Intimacy 3+, or plan to, with a character, hand them off to someone else.

senrath
2010-10-18, 01:36 AM
Which means someone else should take control of Jonathan Marshall.

Tichrondrius
2010-10-18, 05:43 AM
Oh man, that sounds complicated. XD; Well, we'd better divide up characters now. That guy thats just playing an Anchor should take on a few too. How many characters do we have unaccounted for we need people to play? And who can play them. lol

Bliss Authority
2010-10-18, 04:52 PM
Also, you can hand them off to me. I'm not allowed to play Pilots or Anchors; all others are fair game.

To summarize missions:

Each combat round, or Action, is one attempt at completing a mission objective. For this mission, that's Engage Enemy, Destroy Enemy.

You can also declare your own objectives (hotshotting), which allows you to killsteal, among other things.

Each turn, you may summon ANIMa components - Relationships - gaining the benefit of that relationship's Intimacy as dice, but making that relationship vulnerable to damage. You cannot dismiss components, and you must ALWAYS use your relationship to the person Anchoring you as the chassis of your mech.

Then, you can declare your objective and roll dice. Your objective is locked as soon as you roll.

Each 5-6 (+ on a Fudge die) is a success, each 4-3 (blank or 0 on a dF) is a failure, and each 1-2 (- on dF) is a botch.

Then, assign your dice as follows:

MISSION PROGRESS
+: Objective complete.
0: Progress made.
-: Stalled! You must make progress before completing this objective: next turn, treat a success as a failure.

SAFETY/NIGHTMARE
+: Pilot safe, anchor retains control.
0: Pilot terrorized: gain 1 Terror. Anchor retains partial control, but others can start adding nightmare fuel to the dream.
-: Pilot traumatized: gain one Trauma, then gain 1 terror, IN THAT ORDER. Have fun describing how ****ed up the dream is, because the Anchor certianly can't; the Anchor cannot communicate with the pilot, next turn.

CHASSIS/ANCHOR
+: Works fine!
0: Minor fatigue. Gain 1 Stress.
-: Heavy damage! Lose 1 Trust and gain 1 Stress, IN THAT ORDER.

OTHER RELATIONSHIPS: As Chassis, but the component is totaled on a botch. You lose it's dice for the rest of the mission. You can use it again next mission, if there's any Trust left in that relationship.

Unused Successes gain you 3 bliss, unused Botches gain you 1.

Oh, wow. Only now, with the rules revealed, am I beginning to comprehend how screwed we are.

You're joking, right? The Carefree Hedonist has only marginally more survivability than the Seasoned Veteran. Every relationship that you lose punishes you, and a lot of your relationships are at trust 1, which is the "toilet paper is harder to tear" stage.

Kensington? You gonna get Blissed. :smallamused:

Kuma Da
2010-10-19, 04:57 PM
Well, we're all going to get blissed, unless we can stop the incursion. Frankly, the carefree hedonist is one of our biggest tactical assets. High levels of intimacy means he has a stronger first line of defense against his anchor breaking, his objectives stalling or failing, or his relationships being snapped. Unfortunately, his second line of defense is pretty much egg-and-crisp sammiches, and as soon as one relationship snaps, he's lost a huge tactical asset in the form of intimacy.

Technically, if I were playing this strategically, I'd be pushing for us to maneuver his NPCs into positions of high trust. But I just want good drama, so I'm happy whichever way things roll.

Tichrondrius
2010-10-20, 01:40 AM

Let's get this mission started, shall we?

I haven't yet because (the players of) Anchors have complete narrative control over the dreamworld at the beginning of a mission, and I wanted to give you a chance to describe the battlefield before polluting it with GM fiat.

Go ahead and describe landmarks, ambush points, cover, and general collective unconscious weirdness.

Don't describe any hostile elements, though; that's my job.

Pilots can act now. They MUST summon their acting Anchor as the chassis, and MAY summon any other weapons, but they cannot dismiss them.

So I figured I'd do something a little different with my Mech.

Also, here's the dice rolls:

[roll0],[roll1],[roll2],[roll3],[roll4],[roll5],[roll6],[roll7],[roll8],[roll9],

Aaand a few questions:

1) can two pilots draw on the same relationship? If James invokes the relationship with Logan, can Thomas still use it?

2) What's it like for the anchors when their pilots are at work. What do they see and feel?

edit: AHAHAHAHA look at those rolls! Take that, numbers below zero!

1) The relationship that James has with Logan is different from the relationship that Thomas has with Logan. They both can be used at once. I'm not sure if both James and Logan can call upon their relationship with each other at the same time, but I think the answer is "yes".

2) You've seen the Matrix, right? The anchors pretty much work exactly like Tank in that they view the data given to them by their stations and, from that, can figure out almost exactly what's going on within the dream.

The sword is Amy Sullivan. Does my Flight System count as part of the chasis or do I need to use another relationship? I only ask because I wasn't sure if our mecha were naturally capable of flight.

What exactly do we roll? XD

Alright, here's how I'm assigning my dice:
Mission: -
Safety: -
Jessica: 0
Logan: 0
Rebecca: 0
Unassigned: 0

All relationships used gain 1 stress, I can't complete the mission next roll, and I gain one trauma and one terror.

Calling for a Flashback with Diana Lewis.

Kuma Da
2010-10-26, 04:45 PM
Mission: 5
Safety: 6
Tanya:5
Logan: 4
James:5
Unassigned: 3, 2, 4, 3, 4

Gain three bliss, relationship with Logan gains 1 stress, mission objective accomplished and pilot safe.

edit: Ti, no reason the chassis can't fly. Mechanically, whether we can prance about in the stratosphere with our robots doesn't really effect anything. It's just fluff. Ergo, go nuts with it. :smallcool:

Here we go...

Ha, nice. Sorry about the double post.

Mission: +
Safety: +
Kate: +
James: +
Thomas: +
Tobias: 0
Unused: -,-,-,0,0

Logan gains 3 Bliss. His relationship with Tobias gains one stress (assuming I did it right).

I guess I'll describe what I do after Logan hears from Kate.

So I figured I'd do something a little different with my Mech.

1) can two pilots draw on the same relationship? If James invokes the relationship with Logan, can Thomas still use it?

2) What's it like for the anchors when their pilots are at work. What do they see and feel?

edit: AHAHAHAHA look at those rolls! Take that, numbers below zero!

Very nice roll.

1: Yes. However, they can both take damage, and the damage stacks.

2: As was mentioned earlier, they do Tank's job in the Matrix.

Your particular mech may be capable of flight, OR it could be an additional part, at your option.

Intimacy d Fudge.

Logan gains 3 Bliss. His relationship with Tobias gains one stress (assuming I did it right).

Correct.

Since the board doesn't support Fudge dice, roll Intimacy d6 dice. 1-2 is a minus (-), 3-4 is a blank (or 0), 5-6 is a plus (+)

Dear GOD. Are you TRYING to bliss out on the first mission? Don't roll all of them at once, just the parts you're using and need.

Edited: I'm a moron. Rock on.

Uh, guys? You have authority to describe how totally awesome your victory was, so use it. Apologies for not explaining this earlier.

Don't die on me, game.

Ahhhh... Ok. I'll get something up soon. I think most of us are coming from systems where the GM does most of the description.

Kuma Da

Yeah. I wasn't even aware that the ball was in our court right now.

Okay, cinematic RP is go.

Kuma Da

JT, I think we only need one roll per mission. Admittedly, the authority figure did say IC that the mission goals were to kill the riders, but I think OOC that our rolls reflect the whole mission.

Of course, I do need BA to confirm this.

senrath
2010-11-02, 08:43 PM
Sadly, I no longer have time to devote to such an RP intensive game. So I'm going to have to bow out.

Don't worry: it's a hellova switch.

Technically, the actions and tactics of the enemy are my court, but I'm willing to sacrifice a little control over the broad strokes to speed things up.

Prepare to get swarmed by tons of little derps in the future.

I made the assumption that the rider sneaking up behind Logan was one of the ones James was supposed to deal with. I hope that's ok...

If I can, I'm going to do the "hotshotting" thing - the objective being to save James, if I can, whether that involves cutting down the remaining riders or killing whatever nightmare comes for him. If that isn't possible, I guess we write James off and Logan will go after the other riders in angsty revenge.

New parts manifested: Riley (Beam Saber 5/1) and Diana (Wings 3/1). Logan's very nearly going for broke, and I'm about to roll more dice than you can shake a stick at.

Rolls:
[roll0], [roll1], [roll2], [roll3], [roll4]
[roll5], [roll6], [roll7], [roll8], [roll9]
[roll10], [roll11], [roll12], [roll13], [roll14]
[roll15], [roll16], [roll17], [roll18]

Here we go...

Jade_Tarem
2010-11-04, 02:57 AM
Aww, almost got away with no stress.

Mission: +
Safety: +
Kate: +
Riley: +
Tobias: +
James: +
Thomas: 0
Diana: +
Other: 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, -, -, -, -, -, -

Logan's relationship with Thomas gains one stress and Logan picks up 6 Bliss.

Kuma Da
2010-11-04, 12:12 PM
Er, do we all have to roll again, or is JT just picking up senrath's roll?

I am now re-confused.

Jade_Tarem
2010-11-04, 12:26 PM
Oh, I was picking up a new objective, since not all of the riders are accounted for and James is in trouble. I actually have no idea what's going on.

Bliss Authority

Your second roll can absolutely count as the "terminate with extreme prejudice" objective - your second and final one, this mission.

Kuma Da
2010-11-05, 12:12 PM
Do we all need to roll again, then?

edit: also, for those of us that stalled the first objective, would we need to keep retrying it?

Logan: 5
James: 5

Gain two bliss, all objectives complete.

Kuma Da
2010-11-07, 03:55 PM
Nah. Don't sweat it, Tichrondrius. This is one of those kinds of games that feels waay more adapted for tabletop play than pbp. I think we've all been kinda foundering.

Does anyone else wanna call this particular game a wrap? I like it, and I like the characters, but we're two players down now and we're only on the first mission. I'd have no problem with starting another Bliss Stage game later, but I think this one would take a *lot* of work to recover.

Sorry, guys.
