How much dust is in a bag of dust of tracelessness? It tells me what a handful of the thing can do, but it doesn't explain how many handfuls are in each bag. What's the deal?

It's sold by the handful. Unless it specifies that the listed price is for more than one use of the item, it's per use of usable items.
