That's like trying to get your favourite song back in the charts years after it was released. OotS topped that thing for ages, and Rich long ago said he'd rather not worry about it; it's better to let newer talent use it as a springboard. He's far past the point where he needs the publicity at this stage.

As I recall, Rich told us NOT to vote for OotS anymore and to let other people win it.
