Would anyone here that speaks Chinese be willing to translate a short message? I am trying to get the reflow profile for L309 solder paste from a company called Shenzhen Lodestar, but no one that reads the emails speaks any English, and sends me (what I am interpreting via Google Translate) "We are very sorry, but we do not speak English." So if anyone is willing to translate a few sentences for me, please PM me or post in this thread.

I don't, but anyone that does is gonna come in here and ask "Mandarin or Cantonese" because Chinese is, unfortunately for simplicity, not a language. If you don't know presumably you could copy paste the original message and someone'd recognize the dialect.

I don't have the message form them, but off their website is

·焊点饱满,均匀,光亮度可调
·极其优秀的润湿性,无滑陷现象

Is there context? I can read Chinese (mostly), but I can't make sense of this. And also, is this Mandarin or Cantonese?

EDIT: As far as I can tell, the first line reads "full(?), even, adjustable lightness".
The first half of the second line seems to be "excellent moisture".
You may want a second opinion though.

Linky to source. (http://www.elodestar.com/showproduct.aspx?id=241) I believe it is in Cantonese.

They have a Google Translated english page, I can read that, but I want to send them a message asking a question.

I can try translating a message for you. No guarantees that I'll succeed though.

Actually, written Cantonese and Mandarin are identical. The only difference is the way in which characters are pronounced, which is why Chinese TV is subtitled in (simplified) Chinese.

I'm fluent but haven't spoken Chinese in over a year. Pretty sure I could get back into the hang of it fairly quickly though, so if you still need someone I can try and give it a go.

Either one of you would be fine. The message I want is
Hello, I would like the reflow profile for the L309 solder paste, please send it to me at email address <I will put my email here.>. Thank you very much. Thanks to whoever does this.

That just made my day

It's a very odd website.

The company is based in mainland China, but uses the traditional (full) script that's only used in Hong Kong these days.

Unfortunately my technical Chinese isn't up to scratch, so somebody here will probably be better than me.

That is accurate in context. It means that the paste is light but easily spreadable and that it stays moist when not refrigerated.

Correct. Chinese is the language and Cantonese, Mandarin, etc. are the dialects.

Post the message you'd like translated and we'll see if anybody can help.

Like earlier posters I have little to no knowledge of technical terms (or soldering for that matter), but a few minutes of searching has yielded enough information. Fortunately, it's fairly easy to incorporate new vocabulary when one already has a conversational understanding of Chinese.

The images in these links confirm the literal Google translation of "reflow profile" to be correct:

Here's your message:

你好。请你把L309锡浆的回流曲线电信给我,谢谢。

Ah yes, I couldn't figure out how to say "reflow profile" in Chinese. I'm not that confident in my ability, but I think the message could be made clearer.

您们好. 请您们把L309锡浆的回流曲线用电子邮件寄给我. 我的电子邮件地址是<insert email here.>. 多谢.

Do you think that would be better?

Yes, that would work much better. My translation kind of reflected my (and perhaps the OP's) fairly concise and straightforward style of speech. A bit cold for such a request, I would think.

I like the google translation of Blue Ghost's better.
