Meanwhile, in another cell, a young man is tied up in a straightjacket. Dark brown hair, long sideburns, unkempt hair. He senses a new set of emotions just on the horizon of his mind. Another poor soul thrown into these walls for no reason other than they have something no one else has...

This young man was an empath. He was thrown in here because he knew more about feelings than anyone else.

The winged girl is utterly silent.

The cells are grey. There is a bed bolted to the floor and a toilet cubicle thing. Naught else.

Genkai screams in her mind. It is not audible, but all the surrounding people will feel the burning scream in their minds.

The young man feels the scream, even more so than normal. He growls at first, eventually yelling out loud. "AAAAAHHH!! STOP IT!!"

Carrie writhes and whimpers.

Gen whimpers and stops as she is yelled at.

Chris just slumps back into where he was sitting. He growls a bit, before shaking his head to clear the emotions. He manages to just barely get them out of his mind.

A voice, full of anger calls down the hall.
