Currently playing Curse of the Crimson Throne in PF. I got a pseudo-dragon named Majenko and the DM is letting me treat it as a cohort, but I don't know how to advance it. I know it's supposed to remain 2HD behind me (I'm level 5 currently and he's 2HD so I'll have to advance him one HD.)
Anyways, I'm not here to ask how to advance him that way. The DM said I could give him class levels, which I understand how to do, but I'm not sure if it would be better than just advancing him a HD. I'm a level 5 Tiefling Rogue, and I think it would benefit if I gave my pseudo-dragon some teamwork feats (namely Paired Opportunists.) Does he get a feat for 3HD or does that only kick in when he gets his 3rd class level?
What are some of your suggestions?
