From references I've gathered that the Chaos Monk is a base class variant from Dragon Mag.

Can someone either give me an overview of the level 1+2 changes from regular monk?
or
A link to chaos monk? The crystal keep base classes index is gone :smallsigh:

Links can't be given, as they're not going to be legal. However, I believe the main feature is that flurry is changed; from what I remember, instead of getting two attacks with flurry at 1st level, you get 1d3 attacks, maxing out at 1d6+2 or something at high levels.

The Chaos Flurry gives you extra attacks, I believe 1d3-1 at first level, each at a -2 penalty. Even at the penalty, this is amazingly good, since you've got lots of attacks. Combine with Whirling Frenzy Pounce Barbarian and go to town. Level 2 a possible 4 attacks or something like that is pretty good. :smallcool:

1D4-1 actually, and since these are extra attacks, you actually come out ahead of a normal flurry for the most part.

Goodness that seems a little strong. Being a chaos monk I can only assume that it can be +0 attacks?
I'm just using it for a chaotic way to get evasion and Wis --> AC

Correct, you can get 0,1,2 or 3 extra attacks at level 1. Since that average out to 1.5 extra attacks, you are slightly above the guaranteed 1 extra attack of a normal flurry, overall.

Chaos Monk = Fun for the whole family!

Flailing Strike (Flurry), crooked charge, some other cool stuff, some more cool stuff.
