Hi, I'm trying to figure out what the planar equivalents of (Pre-spellplague, World Tree cosmology) planes to Eberron planes -- ie, which planes in each cosmology are most similar to each other, and what the main differences in the plane and it's most similar variant in the other cosmology are. Can someone familiar with both campaign settings help me with this? I would be very very thankful! If it matters, use the 3.5e versions of these settings...

Daanvi = House of the Triad (closest; there's no Law-only plane in the World Tree; Mechanus if you use the Great Wheel)
Dal quor = Astral Plane
Dolurrh = Fugue Plane
Fernia = Baator, Elemental Plane of Fire
Irian = Positive Energy Plane
Kythri = Limbo in the Great Wheel cosmology, none in the world Tree cosmology (EDIT: The Supreme Throne, prior to Cyric's ascension)
Lamannia = Arvandor, House of Nature
Mabar = Negative Energy Plane, Barrens of Doom and Despair
Risia = Jotunheim? No real cold-aligned plane in World Tree cosmology
Shavarath = Fury's Heart, The Abyss, Nine Hells, Clangor
Syrania = elemental Plane of Air
Thelanis = Arvandor
Xoriat = Far Realm
