There are 7,54% chances he's haley's father, 8,12% he's girard in disguise, 3,13% he's Serini in disguise and with a belt of gender changing, 2,86% he's Haley and Elan's son coming back from the future to help them by giving minor plot points, 6,73% he's Elan's mother with the fake mustache, and 18,93% two of those I listed are the same person - not really sure on the chances that said person is the old bearded gladiator, though.

Personally I think its Tarquin's father, for no other reason than that I think Tarquin would put his own dad into jail for having been to mean to him when he was little. (Nale inherited that character flaw)
