View Full Version : 3.5- Tiny or Smaller Races

I'm looking for a race that I can make into a PC. Must be at least Tiny (Diminutive is better, but I can always just have Permanent Reduce Person), and must have no RHD and LA≤3. Preferably flightless for flavor reasons, but not necessary. Please either describe thoroughly or give a link if online. Thanks in advance!

I believe that Jermalaine are tiny. They are in MMII. As I recall they are +0LA with adjustments to abilities:-8 Str, +6 Dex, -2 Con, -2 Int, +6 Wis, -4 Cha.
You can check the MMII errata on the WoTC site for more details.

Here's a Link (http://wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/dnd/20030718a).

Muckdweller from Serpent Kingdoms are Tiny. -6 Str, +6 Dex, -2 Wis, -2 Cha, and a swim speed. Very flightless. They're not tool users, which (if interpreted as a manual restriction) could be problematic, but they look humanoid enough.

Okay, what if I just modify a standard creature? Say, I took the Grig (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/sprite.htm#grig), and took away fiddle, their DR and SR, and their Jump and Hide boni? How much LA would it have now?

MM3 has the petal, which has sick stat mods for LA+2. And flight!

RAW, cohort only though. Still, it is definitely a race I want to try sometime if I ever get into 3.5.

Another vote for jermlain, or as some call them, banemidges, or as others call them, nasty little rat-faced filth midgets.

There's the Tibit, from Dragon Compendium. It's small, but can shift into a tiny cat form at will.
