Ok, i'm currently playing in a campaign at level 2, and i've been trying to plan out of what to take and in what order for the next couple levels, without using questionable methods whenever possible. so far the build i have is as follows:

if you get a class skill at some point it's always considered a class skill, provided this is not abused

Also the DM many change to feats every odd level instead of every 3. My main issues is i have no idea of if this is a good setup for a campaign progression and what to do with the 6 free feats

Also, any eberron book is banned, it's set in forgotten realms

If I were you, and I'm not, but if I was, I'd consider pushing back at least one of those Swordsage levels.

Oh, another thing: Have you considered Zen Archery?

i have, i was planning on slipping it once i got to the point of really needing to choose between upgrading wisdom or keeping the balance.

as for the swordsage level, i'd really like to get wis to AC fairly soon...well, what level would you suggest i get those levels? when level 3 manuvers are available?

Honestly, it depends on personal preference.

hmm..you may have a good point though, there are many good options at 3rd level manuvers...so i'll delay the SS levels till 9 then, although will that cause problems because of lowish ac or probably not?

Well, you are an archer, so you'll probably have a lot less of people stabbing you, not being in melee and all.

You MUST MUST MUST MUST MUST take Zen Archery. It's really nice to be SAD.

You can use Mind Arrows with TWF! It only takes one hand to fire each one, there's nothing stopping you from firing them from both hands. Better yet go with a nonpsionic Thri-Kreen (2 HD, +1 LA, MM2 and Shining South) (see Player's Guide to Faerun page 190, "Powerful Races at 1st Level" for playing an ECL 3 race starting at level 2), get (Improved (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/epic/feats.htm#improvedMultiweaponFighting), Greater (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/epic/feats.htm#greaterMultiweaponFighting)) Multiweapon Fighting (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsterFeats.htm#multiweaponFighting), and you'll be much better off. Buy off (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/races/reducingLevelAdjustments.htm) that +1 LA at your 3rd class level (ECL 6) for 5,000 xp and you should catch back up after a few levels. With their +30 racial bonus on Jump checks, and another +4 for base speed, you should be able to Sudden Leap at least 20 feet without a running start and still full attack. Deflect Arrows for free will give you a nice advantage in ranged fights.

Don't forget about Improved Rapid Shot in CW, it requires you to waste a feat on Manyshot but it's an extra +2 to hit. Woodland Archer is an absolutely necessary tactical feat in Races of the Wild. Speed of Thought and Up The Walls are also useful to have if you can spare the feats. Note that every Mind Arrow you fire is a separate magic item, so the Lucky property's 1/day use will be counted separately for every one of them.

A little thing

see if you can't take the Soulknife ACF that lets you swap out your 1st level wild talent feat for Hidden Talent (I think it's called) Gives you an ML1/1st level power of choice. Not great, but every little bit helps.

as for the mind arrows with TWF, i know it exists but i've been kind of avoiding it. it's not a particularly high-power campaign and it's a fair bit too powerful for what i want to achieve, as well the race has been set already.

Woodland archer i'll grab, and i was thinking up the walls would be fun but past level 6 i'll have 30' flight with a catch, and at level 12 the catch disappears.

As for the hidden talent ACF, i'm in the air a bit over it. yes it would be useful and consume a couple feats, but i'm not entirely sure about it, as well my character doesn't have the necessary charisma score to grab it

Right here (http://wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20070214a), it gives you Hidden Talent instead of Wild Talent at Soulknife 1, you don't need to meet any prerequisites for it or spend any feats to get it.
