Heroic Dragon Pact Warlock [4e]

Dragons gather a lot of arcane knowledge in their long lives; some see fit to sharing that knowledge with lesser mortals, in order to further their own goals. Some dragons freely seek out mortals to force their magic upon; others require careful negotiation before the dragon can see the benefit in granting someone else power. Those who gain power this way are a new breed of warlocks; they have the influence of a dragon, able to control all of a battle by firing blasts of power similar to that of a dragon's breath, and by using a terrifying gaze to single out enemies who catch their eyes.
